There is no way in hell that is the proper enforcement of offsetting penalty. The kicking team might as well have a penalty every play what have they got to lose?

The funniest part about that kickoff return "double penalty" thing is that if both of those flags were actually on the Rams, like originally called, they'd have better field position. The ball would have been at the 11 instead of the 2. Horseshit NFL rules.

Don’t care for an explanation. A personal foul trumps a holding call. Ball should have been 15 yards beyond ball at point of return. I’ve seen this situation this year where a Personal Foul trumped the opposing foul. Wow

This is my biggest concern about this D - losing containment and not able to stop the run. This was a team that could not run last week. They are running through us like we're not there.
