Hello ROD!! I've followed this site for a couple of years now and decided to start getting a little active on it as it is the best for some legitimate discourse and information about the Rams in a troll free environment. I'm from the other side of the state, living in the KC area (Go Royals!!! First Place!!) Had to get that in, it's been a long long time!! I'm a 25+ yr season ticket holder for the Chiefs, who thru circumstances has now become a more than casual fan of the St. Louis Rams for a few seasons now (going to be conflicted on Oct 26th!!). I'll be over to see 3 or 4 games this year plus one representing RamsNation at a road game this season. Hopefully I can provide a few tidbits and insight that might be of interest. Here's hoping to a Rams-Chiefs Superbowl in the near future!!

Greetings all! I am Robert (rob, bob, bert, bobby, robbie, robo, bobo, robot, etc.) Ousley. I am a 25 year old college student from Rhode Island. I've been a rams fan about as long as I've followed football. They first caught my eye during the super bowl loss to the pats, but when they lost the double overtime game to the panthers is when I became fan. Why, because I'm a masochist. But I've never been more excited than I am now for the upcoming season, I honestly believe this year we can get to the post season.

Since we're probably going to be friends can I call you woof? woofwoof sounds so formal and this is a far cry from being a black tie affair.

You fell for the second oldest trick in the book woof. We do have trolls here, we just keep them locked up. Here's a picture we took of PhxRam at his 252nd birthday party.

Boy, that sounds like some kind of Elizabethan solicitors firm doesn't it? Woof and shovel, attorneys at law.:heh:
Make sure you guys read every single word I say because I've hidden clues among my many words of wisdom that will lead you to a hidden treasure/my stash of homemade fruit cakes. It's like a scavenger hunt only a lot more dangerous. Sounds good eh?:)

I've been reading this forum and lurking for a few months now. I like the general good vibes and decent post material here, compared to some of the other local options. I've been following the Rams a little since the move to St. Louis, but i was mostly a bandwagon fan in 1999. I remember having a conversations with a co-worker before that season, with him saying they would win it all because Marshall Faulk was the missing piece, I countered by saying that they would go 8-8 and not be awful. I'd like to think I've learned a thing or two about football since then. I think this season we at least get back to a winning record.

HI all. My name is John, I’m 45 years old, and I’ve been a Rams fan since I was about 9 years old. Funny thing is, I lived in St. Louis when I first fell in love with the Rams. I think the colors and the horns on the helmet were a big part of why I started being a fan. Although I had my heart broken by Terry Bradshaw Lynn Swann, et al, I was completely psyched when my beloved team moved to my home town. Their Super Bowl win a few years later was the icing on the cake. Since then, I’ve remained a faithful fan, always optimistic that things were going to turn around this year…then the next year…and so on. I am so excited for the 2014 season and am trying to remain grounded, but I can’t help it – I’m drinking all the Kool-Aid I can get.

About two months ago, I moved from St. Louis to Vancouver Washington. I’m surrounded by Seahags-mania. It’s interesting though; where I work we have a self-admitted “a-hole Seahawks fan” a hard core 49ers fan, and me. I’m finally looking forward to going to work on Mondays for a change!

I really enjoy this forum. I’ve been on it almost daily since I discovered it a couple of months before the draft. It’s entertaining, informative, and fun. I know a lot of work goes into it by a lot of people. Thank you!

We have all those qualities because of posters like yourself making it what it is. Glad you decided to take a little more active role. :)

There are quite a few Rams fans in the Northeast. The other board we used to frequent has quite a few also. We will have to organize a New England Rams fan club......by the way, I know who you are now, whooped you again in fantasy baseball 3 times now......Looks like Im your kryptonite lol considering you have been dominating all season.

Ok...so my name is Julius. I'm a resident of the Sacramento, CA area...yes that's why I'm following the whole Ethan Westbrooks vs. Michael Sam thing so intently. Westbrooks is a local talent.

Anyways, I'm a fan of the Raider Nation and always have been, but several members of my family are Ram fans....(hint: we are from southern cali). So I have always had a side love for the Rams.

I enjoy sports talk with any excited fan regardless of how much either of us really know statistically, etc. Sports runs through my blood and family. Several of us played college football, track, and/or baseball. We have two Olympic champions in the family and I've very proud about that.

I hope to chat with you all and enjoy great forums throughout the season. As always in recent years...my Raiders are always intriguing. Never know if we'll break the top 10 follies or top ten ESPN highlights from one week to the next, but hey...That's my team baby!

Good luck to the Rams this year.

Hey everyone I'm Jeff, all my friends call me macker. I just retired medically from the Army just over a year ago so I am a stay at home disabled vet. Got tired of the Post so I followed a link someone posted over there to your page and I love it. Its nice to see real football talk again.

My user name is The Zohan. My battles gave me that nickname in Afghanistan because I was a Barber and and a soldier. So with all the jokes from the guys to make their hair silky smooth for the Afghanistan goats and us putting boot to ass to the Taliban the nickname stuck.

I love the Rams and try to make a couple games a year. I tend to enjoy a good defense more than a good offense.

I am married and we have 6 kids and three dogs. A Pitbull and two Shi-tzus. We call them the bullshit gang. Only have two kids left in school so hopefully my gray hairs will slow down on the sprouting out a little now

Anything you want to know just ask. I'm glad to be back home in MO and I'm really glad I followed the link to this Forum.
