And You know what?

Honestly for all the shit I’ve given Tutu over the years I found it very enjoyable today to rout him on today! I was yelling loud and my new Spanish speaking in laws asking me when I went downstairs “ What is a Tutu?” :laugh2:

Regardless of whatever in the past I hope he makes his mark before Puka and Kupp come back and most importantly he earns and keeps Staffords trust. If we have 4-5 viable options for Staff, a running game, and at the very least an average line we can easy get a playoff spot. Hopefully our D matures by the end of the season with experience.
Congrats on the marriage!

"Tutu" is a nickname. Full stop. He has used it as a nickname because apparently "Chatarius" is too hard for others to say
I read in a write-up that TuTu has a cultural or family significance to him and isn't just a nickname. Not sure where though, I read it when he was drafted.

I'd like to know where, if possible. If true, I will gladly change my mind.

Pretty sure that's my true name, given that I'm a woman, that I've known that I was a woman since I was six, and the only reason I didn't come out earlier - in spite of numerous people both online and offline knowing I was more feminine than masculine - was because I had been viciously bullied over my autism and didn't want something else to make me a target.

I chose my first name, paying homage to my parents giving me a "J" name, paying homage to my grandfather's middle name by keeping an "a", and then my computer name, "Mem", what I've been called in multiple places. Hence, "Jemma". I took the utmost care in choosing that name for myself, as carefully as any parent would choose their child's name, and respecting both parents' choice in giving me my original name.

So, yes, I chose my first name. Why? Because someone as blatantly transphobic as my dad obviously wouldn't and has continued to needle, torment, harass, and scream at me - even when we're not even talking about it - because of no reason other than the fact that I'm a transwoman.

"Tutu" is a nickname. Full stop. He has used it as a nickname because apparently "Chatarius" is too hard for others to say (newsflash: it isn't). If Mr. Atwell comes on here and states that he wants me to call him by his nickname - or even if he makes a tweet about preferring the name "Tutu" over his name - I will gladly call him by that nickname out of respect. Until then, I will refer to him by his given name, again, out of respect for the name that his father had, out of the care that both of his parents had for choosing his name.

Also? You want the word "hypocrisy". You want to call someone out on it? Make sure you actually spell it right.
Classic, you want to call me out for typo when your understanding of basic biology is nonexistent.

Y chromosome = male. Full stop.

Congrats on the marriage!
Appreciate you! Technically just an engagement, but had to ask her parents for permission and to those of you who have asked or been married it was an interesting experience, I’m late to the party! Interesting with their traditions down here in Ecuador.

No need to change your mind thats your choice. All families have nicknames, I think by today's standards we just call people what they want to be called.

In my cursory search, I found this

I guess he got the nickname from his father who also had the same nickname.

Dude what does it matter what someone wants to do with themselves? Who are you to point that out? I even agree with you but that doesn’t give me the right override someone’s freedom of choice.

You’re bringing something here that has no place here. Private message, get a phone number, or write a letter and send it in the mail.

This is the Rams celebration thread.

I will say I wouldn't mind going after him in FA next yr. Looks like the exact type of WR Stafford likes. He goes and gets the ball. The Niners will have a tough time affording him, not too mention they already have too much tied up in WRs.

Use the draft to go after an OT, a legit NT, and a speed WR. Then adding a vet WR like Jennings wouldn't hurt considering Puka's injury history and who knows what Kupp might do next yr...maybe retirement?

Funny. That's exactly what my dad said to me in our big row that led to our estrangement. Allow me to educate you:

Sex (chromosomes) does not equal gender (brain), and trans people, like me, do not have the same brain chemistry as those who do not have such dysphoria - here's your proof.

Yes, there are women who naturally have Y chromosomes and men who naturally have XX chromosomes. Yes, they are birth defects, but do not come at me by saying that my understanding of basic biology doesn't exist when you don't understand yourself.

Now this is a Rams celebration thread, like Corbin said. I will not say anything more on this subject. I have spoken my piece, said that if he personally wishes, I will abide by his wishes. That is my final verdict, based on respect. You can call me all the names you'd like, you can say that I'm the shittiest writer to ever live, you can insult my fandom, you can do almost whatever the hell you like; I do not give a fucking damn. But don't come at my gender; it is who I am and the most important part of me, and I've had enough assholes try to ruin it in real life.

Now, with all of that said: FUCK YEAH, RAMS FUCKING WIN!

That shows the type of man McVay is right there. He actually has sympathy for his friend, ratboy would be all smiles and rubbing it in if his team won. McVay is pure class.
I agree McVay seems like a fine human. I think your interpretation of this is a little different than mine. Since it is a meme and you can see McVay with a photo shopped Lombardi in his hand, it appears Sean is taking pity or big bro ing rat boy.

I'll say I was wrong when Tutu strings together a strong season of making a difference. Consistency over time is what you get from good players. He has yet to show he can do that.

I was yelling his name today too. Very happy for him, and I can't wait to be proven wrong about him. But I want to see him consistently perform and put this offense in position to win games.
Sort of up to mcvay. Fortunately for tutu, puka and kupp will be out for a couple of games. When they come back he will go back on the shelf. Unless mcvay uses him
