They did address it in the draft he’s called Joe Noteboom! They addressed center in the draft with Brian Allen. They addressed next years guard spot in this past draft with Edwards and Evans. You ask for the, to do things and ignore the fact the did it.

Rapp is outstanding and well worth the pick. Especially with Weddle only signed for one year and JJ only signed thru 2020. They plan ahead and coach guys up. Let Kromer keep coaching the young guys up.
That wa two drafts ago for Noteboom and I think Allen. This was anticipating Sully and Whits retirement. Like I said, I love Rapp. Dude is an absolute baller (I think that's good?). Our offense has a hole and Edwards and Evans can't fill the spot, according to what I saw in preseason, which isn't their fault. A more ready Olineman might have solved the issue` this year. well, I guess we'll just have to endure lower scoring games and rely on our defense...

Funny I wasn't sure what thread I was in.

Local Eagles talk radio has been interesting as has been reading this and other threads at ROD. Being 3-0 is soooooo much better than being 1-2 and having to play the Packers on TNF.

While the Rams enjoy a much better start the fingerpointing is very similar. It's what fans do. Most want to figure out why things aren't working and many have a plan in mind to fix it. Que Mike Martz......Shout we'll fix that.

For the Rams it's no time to panic. The Rams offense has slowed down while the defense has stepped up and the Rams are 3-0. I still want to see the offense get back being consistent in both halves of the game. Better first halves really make the Rams a hard to beat team.

Allen and Noteboom were last year. Everybody forgets but there was worry from a lot of people because our depth last year was so young. Just like this year. Let the youth develop we’ll be fine. And if being 8th in scoring offense is low scoring then sign me up, we’re .6 ppg from being 6th. We’re fine let them work things out. We’ve faced some of the best front 7’s in the league. There’s no need to tear these guys down and start over.

Goff deserves criticism for some of his play in the game but we can celebrate the good (oh my god, I can carry competing ideas in my head - it done gone explode now!).

PS. Waldman is a great follow on Twitter.

Waldman is great. He's especially good come draft time. He has exhaustive write-ups and scouting reports on everyone. That aside, I wish I had NFL Rewind, because I remember that play vividly, along with a couple just like it throughout the game. I remember being mildly impressed by how aware he was back there - most of the time.

He may have had a subpar performance (by his own standards), but I don't see a whole lot of people giving credit to Wilks for the job HE did to squelch our offense. I mean, there's a reason why we interviewed him for the HC job here before going with McVay. He did a really good job of preparing his defense for what we were going to run. If not for some good halftime adjustments by McVay, this game may not have ended the way it did. That drag across the field in trips at the 6 yard line for the go-ahead score was a thing of beauty.

But anyway. Yeah. Goff's feel for pressure is definitely getting sharper.

But I never said anything about "tearing these guys" down. I did and do say that said Nemby BLOWS, and he does. I have never said anything but good things about Boom and I said that Allen has a hard job to do at Center and isn't helped by the weak link at RG.

Road Panthers, home Saints, road Browns. That’s not the easiest 3-0.

Contrast...

Home Steelers, road Dolphins, home Jets. Guess who?

I'm happy. I too wish our team would make zero mistakes, have zero holes in the depth chart, and win every game 30 - 0. However, this is the NFL, it is unrealistic to be aces at every single position and play perfectly.

I am actually kind of happy we are stumbling through games early, as I'm hoping we don't get hot until late in the season. If we turn on late, it gives less time for teams to try and counter whatever we are doing.

This has crossed my mind, as well.

I actually think we’ve played relatively well, all things considered (no preseason, tough schedule, etc.).

But, I’d prefer to peak later anyway.

The Pats have yet to play a team that's won a single game. Each team is 0-3. That changes this Sunday against the Bills, though I don't think much will change. I have doubts about the Bills.

Meanwhile the Rams' opponents are 4-2 excepting the games against the Rams. So the Rams have played solid opponents, mostly on the road. No, the Rams haven't looked perfect, but they have played well overall against arguably above average opponents.
