now the bucs trade makes sense. the bucs have a one or two year window with the cheat so gurley and cooks meet their needs.

gurleys roster bonus triggered on march 15 so he will be much easier to trade if the rams want to do it now as the team trading for him only has to pay him $5.5m this year.

if i was the rams i'd keep him since they already paid the bonus.

cooks makes no sense trading or cutting.

can't see either of them being anywhere but the rams this season.

It 's all about two things. Poor Oline evaluations, and major injuries to Gurley and Cooks.

But isnt the new RBs coach a friend of Gurleys? Or at least a former coach at Georgia?
 
Coach missed him by a year at Georgia if I recall correctly

i get really pissed when i read shit like that. gurley has been a beast for the rams, a home run stud in every definition of the term. how anyone can speak disparagingly about him amazes me. i hope he stays at the rams forever, with his well earned contract.

however, godwin wears the number 12 jersey. has his whole football career i think. maybe he's told the team there's no way he's giving the cheat his number?

maybe the bucs want to trade him so the cheat can wear his number? part of the signing process?

I still find this rumor a bit unbelievable, but I never thought Brady would land in Tampa.

IF something was in the works, this trade or another, a physical might take a bit to coordinate with the lockdowns.
