Random, but is Christian Hackenburg the worst QB ever? Sounds like hyperbole, but he is 1 of 5 for 2 interceptions right now and hasn't displayed the ability to do even the most basic things right throughout his career. A second round pick on that guy.

Everyone's talking about quarterbacks and tight ends. I'm most concerned about our backup corners.

That would be a very stupid decision.

To keep Mannion who knows the system? What’s the alternative? Give up a pick for who - who has to learn the offense and can’t even really serve as the backup until they have it down?

If Goff goes, so does the season - that’s just how it is. Not many teams have a backup who can win a title (and I’ll be honest, I would not have counted the Eagles among those teams last year).

I guess they are not going to throw too many flags tonight? Damn!

Looks like the refs are letting them play today. The defender had Hodge wrapped up in his arms when he made that tough catch. The punt rusher clearly ran into Ficken and no flag. Interesting.

refereeing is terrible.

"let them play" is fine, but you have to call the 15 yarders...damn.

Knowing the system does nobody any good if you can't play. It will only take a guy we acquire a few weeks to learn the system. As for Goff going down, not all injuries are season ending.

Plus our Safeties are so strong you could always to run Joyner at CB and have Cristian play center field.

Are we going to ignore that Nate Burleson just took a shot at Brett Favre?

With a few awesome exceptions, QB injuries are.

What I am saying is that if Goff does suffer an injury, it might not end his season. He could miss four games or six games or one game. I hope it doesn't happen, but if it does, we need a QB who gives us a chance.
