Well, he certainly plays closer to his man than any of our guys do. So is the knock on him just his physicality in the run game? Does he blow coverages when in zone?

Yes, it was Charles Woods ... per the Rams' Team site.

Perhaps they hope to re-sign Woods to the Practice Squad.

Commodes fans say he's actually improved in the run support aspect of his game. They say he can't cover anybody and he's terrible since they drafted him. PFF grade seems to back that up.

From my understanding they're one of the highest man coverage defenses in the league, I'm pretty sure that's a Quinn thing. Honestly I didn't delve too deep into it. Look I get it and I've said I hope for the best with a change of scenery. I'm just trying to be honest here a lot of people look at what he did in college and ignore the almost 2 years of him being really really bad in the NFL. Again I hope for the best I'm just not gonna say it's all rainbows and unicorn farts here. This guy has major issues hell PFF had him 20 points lower than T White who we couldn't get rid of fast enough as fans because he was terrible. To them this guy is worse.

This time of year if you need roster help the pickings will be slim. Still I dont see much downside to bringing him in.
