Rams new slogan is "We then Me" not the former "We not me"

Maybe I'm clueless, but I've never seen a post on this--not that I've looked hard. I've definitely not seen it discussed by any of the beat writers.

Anyway, I think it's a nice change: put the team first, but it's ok to take care of your own business after that. "We not me" was a little harsh.

"We not me" led to McVay sacrificing everything including his mental health, burning out completely after the SB win, and coming very, very close to an early retirement.

"We then me" is still sacrificing what you need to have a chance to win but not forgetting to take care of yourself at the end of the day.

McVay is great because he is always adapting and the change was necessary to continue being able to coach without going off the deep end.

Yeah -there was a lot more going on than Mcvay even comprehends.

I still think he has struggled,but his principles are what The Rams Foundation is made of.IMO if he were to step down The Rams would be structured well enough to continue in there winning ways.
