Navy blue is awesome, but I'll miss the royal blue popping off the high def screen in a sea of dark muted colors.

I wouldn't mind that, it's a good blend of old and new. It looks modern but has a little more of that old school skull and horns feel to it. I like the use of the darker blue as shading.

I doubt this is the logo, but if it is, I like it.

Yep. And if the yellow is reflective a bit like Notre Dame as well just only on the horns to make them pop.

If the official Rams logo team could just scrap whatever they have going on and use this, that would be great. No point in wasting time or money developing something else.
