Most of his work has already been done this year. If his subordinates don't step up than we should really start to feel it next year. The Rams have done pretty good with the draft with him as director of scouting
we'll see how they do this year
James Gladstone does all the work ?
Les Snead gets all the credit ?
isn't he the director of scouting from the Cleveland Browns ?Everything’s fine

The casual fan might not have a clue, but anyone who has paid close attention to Rams draft videos understand that this may be a significant loss.Rams off-season is never complete until some dude no one has ever mentioned or barely knows leaves and then income the posts of dismay and tragedy.
I’m shaking in my boots panicking over how we will survive this tragic loss.

Lazy assumption.Rams off-season is never complete until some dude no one has ever mentioned or barely knows leaves and then income the posts of dismay and tragedy.
Lazy assumption.
Not only is Gladstone a loss in the scouting department as a big part of Les’s team, he’s likely to take a few of the Rams scouts with him, just before the draft, which sucks. This means Rams player intel will go along with them.
It's part of being a successful franchise. Brad Holmes was a loss. I'm sure Gladstone will be a loss. But we should have the infrastructure in place to keep on trucking. The casual fan might not have a clue, but anyone who has paid close attention to Rams draft videos understand that this may be a significant loss.
