Here is todays list. I know most will like the fact that Limmer is out but I wish Ferguson was in.

RAMS

  • QB Stetson Bennett IV
  • TE Terrance Ferguson
  • OL Beaux Limmer
  • OL D.J. Humphries
  • DE Desjuan Johnson

So is Ferguson hurt? Is Limmer hurt? Because I didn't hear anything.
No not hurt to my knowledge, just inactive.

IIRC, Adams, Havenstein and Higbee all were listed with injuries but are active.

I WISH they’d use Desjuan Johnson, I really do. He must be a horrible practicer or something.

Edit: Fixing grammar mistake; I’m on the phone, so please forgive me, guys!

I still dont get how the #2 pick hasn't been active. Did he do something so piss MCVay off?
He must absolutely suck at blocking because Higbee looks old. Ferguson could give them a real shot in the arm and take away some of the workload off of Nacua. He would give them a TE that could break tackles and get some deep crosses. He could really open up the offense.

On the Rams best drive today they hit Parkinson a couple of times, it's just a catch and fall to the ground when our TEs catch a ball though. Ferguson could change that.

Let's be patient with Ferguson. Remember that Higbee barely even got in a game his rookie year. It takes time for tight ends to learn such a complex scheme, especially rookies.

It's why I want Allen in more instead of Parkinson; I think he could be very good if we give him opportunities, and he's cashed in two touchdowns this year already.

That could be. I agree it would give another dynamic target. If nothing else give him at least a few targets a game. Hard to imagine he's that bad at pass protection to not sniff the field. Not having a second round pic active the entire year is just really odd.

I hear you. It's just he's not even active. It's one thing to get low reps being a rookie. It's another to not even have the chance to get on the field. Something is just off here.

The Ferguson pick has certainly been a head scratcher to this point. Hoping they figure out a way to get him involved.
Gerald Everett 2nd rounder was hardly used his first year.
Higbee 4th rounder was hardly used until his 4th year.
TEs seem to take a while to acclimate on the Rams.
I will say he better be able to block by the end of this year because Higbee looks like toast.

That's not true, Higbee played in all 16 games and started 7 of them, had about 25 snaps a game. This is Brycen Hopkins kind of stuff

Ferguson was injured during camp and so is possibly struggling to get caught up with limited opportunities for practice reps. It’s not how he starts but how he finishes because the biggest games don’t start until January! :-)

And his stats were eleven receptions for eighty-five yards and a single touchdown.

Give Ferguson the same time Higbee got, and you'll see a kid who could just as good, if not better.
