It seems like they should just stop testing at all. Otherwise, it’s just luck of the draw of when the positive comes back - right? I mean - if the league decides the show must go on - then such is life - but maybe cut the charade?

We clearly want all our playoff games to be Sunday, one more day to clear that testing log.

This could bite some teams in the ass still. Practicing together could end up infecting more players than if one remained in quarantine. It also seems to go on the assumption that since these players are healthy athletes that they will all be asymptomatic if they get CoVid. What if a guy like Brady or Rodgers became too ill to play?

The odds are certainly increased
Only because other viruses were never scrutinized like this. Hopefully none of our players test the rest of the year and we’re at fully strength other than actual injuries the rest of the year.

Those millions dead and full hospitals just happen every year I guess. Come on it was a pandemic, not the flu. It should eventually evolve into something like the flu and not overwhelm hospitals and cause peculiar life long conditions in some people. Right now their is still greater risk with Covid due to it being a more recent illness. Hopefully by next year or the following it will have mutated to a weaker, albeit more contagious virus and not put so many people in hospitals.

OK.. once again. Keep it on subject and to information regarding the NFL and the Rams. Do NOT go back to your policy or political opinions.

BiG Whit going to play Sunday?
That would be my assumption based on the new guidelines. He went on the list last week, so should easily clear the 5 day quarantine. Hopefully he is asymptomatic. Even if he can't go, at least we have Boom who has filled in admirably.

Id like to have both Whit and Boom available.

Of freakin course the damn packers get a easy Cousins-less Vikes this weekend almost assuring them a victory. Really hating Rodgers more every day.
