It is significantly more likely that his negative test result was false than the other way around. That would also make a lot more sense as to why he tested positive, then negative, then positive again. False negatives are way more likely than false positives.

I think Noteboom is the only Ram player from the 53 that is currently on the COVID-List.

Also think all teams (including the Rams) will have additions to the List in the coming weeks; and some of those COVID-List-additions WILL impact the Post-Season ... Help some teams ... and Hurt others.

Hope I am wrong.
I hope Notebloom is removed from the list soon. I love the heavy set with him in.

Are you positive?

Great news on the Rams Covid front. I still am walking on egg shells for those vital players that have not hit the list

That's good news (if confirmed) about Higbee being off the list and ready to play. In a weird way, this may work out better this way? We won anyway, and he got some well-needed rest. He's been banged up since early in the season...

Not Rams-related but just saw where Colts' All-World LG Quneton Nelson hit the COVID-List.

IN may also be without All Pro center Ryan Kelly and starting RG Mark Glowinski. Cardinals' chances of slowing-down Jonathan Taylor and the Colts' rushing game would be much stronger if Indy is without its entire interior-OL.

Someone probably said similar things about us recently.

Back-End-of-Roster moves.

Mekhi Sargent and Jamir Jones were claimed off-waivers by Jacksonville.

Not exactly COVID-specific but I didn't think these two roster moves warranted a new thread.

COVID-adjacent because with all the moves due to 29 players going on the COVID-List over the past few week, it figured there would be some roster losses as players came off-the-List, and others came-off IR.

The Rams had to release Sargent and Jones for roster space; and rules require they pass through waivers before being added to the Practice Squad. My guess was that they intended to add both to the PS. However, COVID and injuries have caused other teams to need fresh bodies; and the Jaguars claimed both players.

Fuck the Jags. Jamir Jones was an interesting prospect that I liked.

106 players went on the COVID-List just today.

This is going to be a factor through the Post-Season.

Pisses me off what a wrecking ball this is wrt roster moves too. Would have been nice to hold on to Jamir.

Also I hope the Rams get a good week of practice here so they can tighten shit up on offense.

I am concerned too.

Around 1696 players make up the active rosters in the NFL.

Over in the Premier League, they announced 103 cases, among 557 players, plus staff.
