Great extension for both sides. One less OL/RT to worry about replacing. Robs solid run blocking and decent pass pro is worth the contract reported numbers. He may get a little better in the next few years. Go Rams!!
And the crippling of the cap has begun....Clearly this means they’re not re-signing AD.![]()
It's hard not to be a weak link when you have three All-Pro caliber players on the left side and one of the best right tackles in the league on the right. I look at it this way: Jamon has improved a ton since his rookie year, and even with his suspension, I'd take him. If anything, it'll make his contract less expensive. And it'll hurt a lot less if Saffold goes to another team in free agency, gets injured, or shows signs of aging.
Durability along the offensive line can't be overstated. I like this.Havenstein has started all 43 career regular season games and one playoff game.

Solid run blocking is a little bit of an understatement. He was the #2 rated tackle in that area last year... I would think being the second best in the entire NFL would put you in the elite category.
McVay - positivity and a technician. Knows what he needs to make his offense work.Give me McVay, Snead & Demoff over any 3 humans on the same NFL team that operate and run their franchises.
