IMO, two years from now, he will be the head coach of his alma mater at Illinois.

Possibly, it'd probably be better for his career to ride with McVay until he gets promoted though. It's also highly possible he gets sucked up to be another teams OC next offseason if our offense is as good as it was this season. Which would be unfortunate since we'd get nothing for that.

I'm looking at it as Zac Robinson and Jake Peetz for John Streicher, Dave Ragone and Nate Scheelhaase.

I like that net-impact on the offensive side of the ball.

Now, on defense, there's still some work to be done ... in my opinion.

So The Rams have a new D’Line from what I’ve heard who has NFL HC experience.Eric Henderson is gone,but I like the move.It really made the decision to hire Chris Shula easier.

I don't know about Ragone. The Falcons quarterbacks were all terrible. Probably bottom three at least. Of course, Arthur Smith's staggeringly-idiotic approach of not using Pitts, London, and Robinson wasn't helping, but...well, I'm more excited about Scheelhaase and Streicher than I am Ragone. Maybe he'll work out?

Ragone was the OC which makes him very qualified.His energy he will bring is a plus !! Wonder the direction The Rams go with there backup QB ? If it’s a rookie this should be a good thing with finding(scouting) there guy ?

The Greg Williams and Rob Calabrese hirings had been rumored but now seem confirmed.

Also, TE-coach was promoted to have Pass Game Coordinator added to his responsibilities.

That brings the Rams' Coaching Staff to twenty-one, counting McVay. That might be it.

Yeah, I'm a sister. Trans, but still female. And I absolutely love Jourdon's work. She's someone I highly respect when it comes to Rams news, and given the stuff I see with the Blues in hockey (our "insider" is responsible for fracturing the locker room), I'm so grateful that we have such excellent local and national journalists.

And I...I'm blushing, So. I'm no scout; I just watch film of players I like. But thank you for the compliment, really.
