funny.. wifey and I almost did that in St. Maarten a few weeks ago.
Went looking at condos after drinking for 4 hours on the beach... really liked one and actually put in an offer, but were outbid by like 45k!
By the time we left it had closed at almost 100k over what we offered.

My girlfriend & I would’ve already been married.Life would’ve been a lot different. Living the Easy Life,and feel I’m where I need to be in my own skin.Health & keeping inspired through friends & people around me is priceless.
Still if anyone has followed my post(which is hard to do),knows I was THE FIRST & ONE of The only to say THE RAMS R MOVING!! I don’t (won’t) believe The STORY of not knowing they were going to move.
That’s all water front property that’s still not built up for The LOU(rams).
When I went to The KROQ acoustic Christmas I got GA Tickets,drank a bottle of wine,had 2 Beautiful IPA’s 20oz. In 2014. Had beer on deck by a police officers boots & one in hand.Still tell the story of how there was hope & they weren’t going to build those condos(housing).
Hollywood Park is sacred & always will be.Stan knew he wanted this spot for The Rams.It was NEVER REALISTIC Al Davis was going to move there,and he USED that spot to SUE The NFL.
Those Condos now that were built in that town area which is a town it’s was a PERFECT SPOT & TIME.It would’ve been like buying Season Tickets with Magic Johnson.
I say that because of my Life Style is to PARTY (drink) & go to EVENTS.
LAX is right there. I mean I would WALK there(HOME) if living there.
Maybe have seen an over 100 shows by now. Plus Flying to work out of LAX or anywhere in The WORLD would be GREAT for YEARS to come !!
Oh well don’t really think much about it,but yeah of course my girlfriend bought tickets to a dinner show Draft Night,then I have shows Friday & Saturday.Usually over The Years go to Stagecoach during this weekend.Thursdys at a hotel & having to pace myself for the weekend. VS Those SATURDAY DRAFTS!!
All said & done this Rams Organization is pretty AWESOME!!
There NEW practice site is going to be on the docket as well for The Future!! Not sure if I’ll make it out,but envious of Ram Fans that take advantage of these events.
