Looking at the DL matchups...
Fowler vs Williams: should be a good one for Fowler. Williams is pedestrian at best. I expect him to get some good pressures. Williams vs Fowler in the run game will be a good test for how far Fowler has come along, but he's pretty stout for a smaller blindside type so I expect him to hold his own.
Donald vs interior OL: Van Roten has zero chance vs AD in pass pro. But he's got Paradis at Center who is the quality player of their interior. Paradis will be fully focused on AD and will also be the primary run game threat for him. Expect AD to have a very good game.
SJD vs Paradis: expect Paradis to spend most of the game helping with AD. So I think the matchup is SJD vs Turner moreso. Turner isn't all that great in pass pro, but SJD isn't much of a pass rusher so will be interesting. Run game should be a pivotal battle inside between those two.
Brock vs Moton: the Panthers' RT is one of the better strong side edge blockers in the league. I don't expect much from Brock today in pass pro and hope he's ready to be the Brock of 2017 vs the run.
Matthews vs Olsen etc: playing the left side in the under is going to be fantastic for Clay. He'll be on his heels a bit due to the contain problems inherent in the Panthers' loaded backfield. But I think he's going to get a lot of good rushes and pressures today.
