Was that the week the Rams started Jonah Jackson at centre? He was underdone and underwhelming. And Avila as well starting at guard looking very rusty?

They'll be a different beast this week.

.
Havenstein missed that game and Brandon Graham had a day against Noteboom or maybe it was McClendon. Well, none of those guys will be playing on Sunday.

We are going to have to score lots and hold Barkley to minimal yardage. Pressure Hurts we will be in good shape. This is anyones game just depends who wants it more and I feel like that would be the Rams.

Avila came back rusty in week 10 vs the Dolphins. Eagle game was week 12. Havenstein was out and McClendon was ineffective in week 12.

The Horns was missing Big Hav at RT. McClendon started in place of Hav, and was thoroughly schooled all game. That is partially why Matthew was harassed all game. Protect Matthew with a healthy, game tough Rampaging OL, and the Green Birds may have to limit carries to their star feature back just to stay in the game. If the Eagles have to start sending my extra guys to get after Matthew, the Soul Stealer might find passing lanes that were mostly covered last time we played the Green Birds.:fistbump1:

A great defensive game plan last night. The players executed it flawlessly. But next week is a different team and will need another great game plan. I know we will be underdogs. But we are a lot better on both sides of the ball than the last time we faced them. Another fast start would be great. Hopefully they get a little overconfident thinking it will be another easy win.

If our Defense plays assignment football for 4 quarters then we have a chance to win. It's not about stopping Barkley or Hurts, but rather the eagles running game as a whole. Verse and Young have to set the edge and contain hurts on the read option. If Hurts gives to Barkley then you need hats on him to limit his yards. Key to stopping the sneak is not to get into 4th and 1. On Offense it's not about possession, it's about scoring points. We can win without winning time of possession by being efficient on Offense and scoring TD's. I think we will play very well and limit what the eagles can do on the ground. That will give us a chance.

Eagles just are big on the o-line and d-line and the rams are more small and athletic.

They bullied us last game with their size.

But we were rolling early until kyren fumbled so there is hope.

Actually the rams oline is the 3rd heaviest in the NFL. Agreed with the dline tho. They are definitely more athletic

The Rams need to control the run (Barkley). They can't let Hurts break contain. Shula has to mix things up while emphasizing staying in the rush lanes. The Eagles' offensive line is massive. If they control the time possession they will wear down the Rams' defense.

No turnovers!!!

We played more aggressively than normal against the Vikings. I'm hoping we continue with that against the Eagles.

Stack the box to stop the run. They have a 65/35 run/pass ratio.

Play the corners closer to allow the pressure to get home. They won't be able to rush with as much abandon because they've got to maintain discipline to keep Hurts in the pocket.

Big test in the trenches this week on both sides. Add yo that the secondary needs to have just as good of a games as they did this week.

I’d actually like us to receive the ball in this game. If we can get a quick score and defensive stop, I don’t think Philly wants to become one dimensional and resort to passing. That’s not their game plan.

On defense I’d like to see us go one high and add Hummel or JJIII in the box on most downs. I’d rather lose daring Hurts to beat us with his throws.
