Huh? I can think of 3 off the top of my head. The crosser to Daniel's, the seam route to the TE and the second TD to Connors come to mind. I'm positive there were others as well.
I'd have to look at the seam to the TE.

Tight window in the NFL is where the defenders are less than 3 feet away. Daniels had a least a yard on his defender and multiple yards on anyone else around him but you might not have been able to tell from the angle. Same with Connors.

Those were not tight window throws.

Edit: Watched all-22, I was mistaken, defender was closer to Daniels, on his back hip. The entire operation of that play was very good including Ty keeping his feet alive.

The throw to Daniels to the six yard line had a player trailing and two players coming to the ball, that was a nice throw, granted, he had the time to make the pass.

I think besides the throws is the composure and the ability with his legs to keep the play alive, the Rams have not had a QB with that skill for a very long time.

If you say so. I'm just as impressed with his layering the ball over LBs on some throws as anything else. Also loved his footwork. He showed me quite a bit last night.

Yeah, lot to like from what I saw from him. Great pocket all night though with league worst pass rush so want to see him do it even more with a muddy pocket. Great start against 2nd and 3rd stringers.

and go have a smoke or a beer on the sideline....
Different times then, love watching the old NFL films with Head Coach like Norm Van Brocklin and Tommy Prothro enjoying their Marlborough's and Parliament's.

Those sort of measurable comparisons don't mean much.
McCutchen was Mike Evans 2.0 during preseason.....we all remember how that worked out.
Time will tell.

No way. McCutcheon was nowhere close to that. If we cut Connors we will regret it. He'll go to an NFC team and hurt us, mark my words.

Totally fair to point out.

But I thought Connors looked decisive and caught the ball well.

Again.. bigger and more explosive than Hunter and Rivers. He’d be my 4th at the moment.
