Nachos.

We made some spicy chicken gumbo yesterday. There was lots of chicken in it… and was seasoned perfectly to use the leftovers (shredded chicken and peppers) on nachos.

Shredded lettuce, black beans, salsa, black olives, and some Mexican cheese including Cihuahua, Oaxaca, Cotija cheeses.

What kind of voodoo magic are you creating!

After it is done, then how do you serve that up?
It's called Mississippi pot roast.

I used the same flavors and did little smokies last week and it was Devine.

So I assume the pot roast will also taste amazing.

But I plan to shred it up, use the extra liquid to make a gravy. And serve it with mashed potatoes.

I do have some rolls that might make its way into some sandwiches.

You said in the original post doing a pork butt.

Not being from Mississippi, is that how they do a pot roast?

No I probably should be using a chuck roast. But the pork butt was on sale and I said why not.

I had a gigantic spread of grub.
Pulled Pork
Brisket
Pork Belly Korean BBQ style
Shrimp cocktail style
Lobster Mac n Cheese
Raw Veggies with dips
Huge Charcuterie board
Baked Beans
Shit load of deserts and candy
And a bunch of other shit

I forgot to get pics of the food, but I did take a pic of my ping pong table that we transform into a feeding trough on big game days like that one. Everyone can graze throughout the day and night this way. My bar is around the corner to the right stocked beyond belief also.

@Dagonet I definitely didn't mean to steal these threads from you.

I miss seeing your recipes and talking with you.

Hope all is well.

@SWAdude

Sent the rest to work with my wife and it got a resounding....this is awesome!

They had as sliders.

Man that sounds sooooo good!!!

Thanks for sharing and the extra effort for the feed back.

Three quick questions if I could spare another minute of your time.

1) What size pork butt did you use

2) how long in the slow cooker. (I am assuming overnight means the low temp setting)

3) What size jar of pepperchinis did you use?

Thanks brother.

GO RAMS!!!
