Winning the off season means nothing but, considering where they finished last season, this should give the rest of the League a lot to think about. I mean look at the crap teams in the top 6. It is easy for those teams to improve cause basically no where to go but up.

We were generally considered the second best team in the league. By a very close margin. And we improved over that. I can see why we're favorites with most odds makers.

Damnit! Browns are winning the offseason title again. The Rams have to do better!
It's embarrassing how decorated the Browns preseason trophy room is compared to the pathetic Rams room.
Well I guess looking good on paper is a nice starting point, but I want to see more offense pieces added.

Ehhh McVay just reupped with us, he's not going anywhere. Plus, we are MUCH better equipped moving forward than we were after the last Super Bowl. So if we pull it off this year, we'd have a legitimate chance to repeat with all the cap space and the foundation we have in place.
I mean just think about our defense - for the next two years we have:
Verse
Fiske
Poona
Landman
McDuffie
Watson
Lake
Curl
Kinchens
Stewart
and we will probably re-sign Kobie.
There would be turnover on offense, but we have the cap space to keep the OL intact, we'll have Puka locked up, a WR from this draft, Kyren and Corum for the next two years, and if Stafford wins one, yes I could see him going out that way - but we could get a vet QB, OR McVay could talk him into going for a repeat.
We are not "all in" - people need to stop saying that shit. And we as fans really need to stop perpetuating that. We have enough cap space to literally lock up every single member of this team if we wanted to, and a full complement of draft picks moving forward, save for the 3rd next year. This team is built for longterm, sustained success.

We were the best team. The last two seasons. Seattle was close; they just had the scheduling benefits. We would’ve beaten them, and Philly the year before, in a neutral stadium or at home.
This will be year 3 coming up if we stay healthy.
As in every year. Thus, depth should be the motivation for Snead. A veteran backup QB is paramount. No rookie or Stetson Bennet nonsense. If not Jimmy G then......Wentz? He was here a couple years ago. I'd be OK if he had to go a couple games.
Yeah. Having a solid second option at most positions seems like the best priority. Dunno what's going on with Jimmy.
It's funny how fans will cite certain backups because they have been around the league a bit longer, or because they were a backup somewhere else, and completely overlook that they rocked out when they did get time behind center as starters. Truth is so many of these QB2 options are downright shitty.
I don't have anything against Wentz. But the dude did not run this offense well. I appreciate the compete he showed but that was one fuckin ugly game. Comparing him to Bennett I don't know that he's any better as an option. Bennett's small but at least he looks downfield and has some calm in the pocket.
Pass on Wentz. Don't think he's better then Jimmy G or Cousins, who I personally prefer.
I don't know about Wentz.... He hasn't been the same since getting his knee chewed up against the Rams on a QB sneak.... He kinda reminds me of a 6-5 Stetson.
Knowing that guys like Puka and several other key players aren't accounted for in these figures yet, and knowing that I'm no cap guru, the Rams are expecting to have approximately $180 M in cap space for the '27 season.
In 2028, that number , just using the same quick search, is currently projected to be $275 million.
If these numbers are close, it looks like we're going to be fine cap wise.
