Well it’s good to see this wasn’t what was originally reported by the fake news media. Surprise surprise. Where have I seen that before?

Word to the wise, stay away from bar areas at 3am in the morning.

Hey, a lot more good has happened to me at 3am in bars than bad... you gotta pick up broads someplace.

Just don't run your mouth off and you're generally fine. That goes for everywhere at any time, not just late night bars.

I just prefer to be home in bed with said lady at that time.

Did Donald run his mouth? If not for his homeboy this could have went down differently.

You don't need to be in a bar at 3am to find a woman. They come out during the day as well.

My experience is the quality ones have to much sense then to be out at 3am.

The majority of violent crimes happen at night.

I don't expect every player to be a Cooper Kupp and have common sense in spades, but with the amount of money we have sunk in Donald I would think someone would help him avoid some of the common pitfalls others have fallen into.

Did Donald run his mouth?
We may never know the answer to this. While it's not in the character of what we know of AD we can't say for sure what he did or didn't say. I tend to think he didn't but it's not out of the realm of possibility that after a few drinks at a family party he was a little free with his mouth at that time of day.

Donald didn't lay a finger on the guy and won't be charged. Spriggs swung a bottle at someone's head and ended up in the hospital. Now which one of these two really needs the help?

Come on, ten years of college and pro football and this is the first time we've heard of anything regarding Donald. Even now, his involvement is this was so minor it's virtually a non-event.

The guy goes out on the town in Pittsburgh where he's a sports hero and a legend and 100 times as many people would want his autograph rather than start something with him.

The Rams, or we the fans, don't have to worry about him or how he spends his time.

Well Im glad a few facts came out and our very own Ram fans stopped suspending him. The way we were headed, we’d lost AD for a minimum of two games without pay. :cautious:

LOL. As an attorney who has practiced for nearly 30 years, I can tell you that I can count on one hand the number of times I’ve heard another lawyer apologize (privately or publicly) for a position he or she had taken (and I’d still have fingers to spare).

I’d say the media got this exactly right all along. What reports did you see that were wrong?

they reported (correctly) that a lawyer and his client were making accusations against Donald. (They were)

then they reported that they filed a report with the police (they did)

thenthey reported that the police were reviewing the case (they were)

then they reported ADs attorney response and the video.

Maybe we saw different reports - did you see a news report that said something that was wrong?

video is the great equalizer. Cameras everywhere is a good thing for justice - yeah it makes it harder to get away with breaking laws - even dumb ones - and it erodes whatever sense of privacy we felt like we had - but absent video, this case would have moved forward - at least civilly and possibly criminally.

my buddies who are cops love wearing their body cameras - absolutely love them. It’s the ones who hate wearing them that you worry about.

So this dude threw a bottle and got his ass beat. Sounds about right.

Idk man the guy swung a bottle at Donald's head. If someone is willing to try and kill someone in a fight I think you should make sure they're down and out before you walk away. Normally I'd agree, but a bottle over the head can do a fuck load of damage.

If a referees bean bag in a players eye can end a career, then I’m sure a bottle to the head could also. Aaron and his friends all have a right to be pissed. But damn that slam to the ground could have killed that guy. Aaron’s friend went a bit too far on that move.

From what’s been reported it looks like the money grab is over. I wonder if they bother to go after AD’s buddies.

I understand that about attorneys having a general lack of humility. I would suppose that is an unintended side affect that often comes with the profession as well as how other professions often have their own unintended side affects.

With that said, got to give this lawyer props when he even cries uncle about his clients grievance.

Jackwagon's Lawyer turns out to be a good man himself. Agree. Don't see that very often.
