Bennett takes a delay of game after a penalty, throws one behind his receiver on a 5 yd pass, and then a bad interception.

I remember some people saying Bennett was a reach. That there were better quarterbacks on the board when they picked him. So far I haven't seen anything proving them wrong. He seems to be getting worse with each game. That first throw was an easy short pass to Rivers and it was way off.

Am I seeing things or are we running the same old, soft ass defense in preseason? Because it sure does look like we're playing the same old, soft ass defense. How are these guys supposed to get opportunities to show ANY of their skills if they're being hamstrung by this defensive scheme?
