I think we skipped @Ltrautman
We didn't skip him, he's still on the clock. We just know who jjab wants to pick and if L doesn't steal him ;) I'll just give him to Denver and put jsimcox on the clock.

Lucky for you @jjab360 I have a much bigger need that I havent addressed. With that said the 49ers select Stefon Diggs... WR, Maryland

0ap1000000235176.jpg

Great player with middle range size and will have a year to grow under Boldin. Mel Kiper has the niners taking him in rd 3 and I think he would approve of this as a rd 4 comp pick. I'm really surprised he fell this far and think need met value with this one.

If I were a betting man I'd say that Denver is probably going to grab a running back with the next pick. So @jsimcox is now on the clock.

After that pick the first 4 rounds for the 49ers look like this:
Rd 1- Arik Armstead (heir to the Justin Smith throne)
Rd 2- Stephone Anthony (softens the loss of Willis and Borland)
Rd 3- Jarvis Harrison (Hopeful replacement for Iupati... NFL.com rates him as the 2nd best OG only behind Scherff)
Rd 4- Charles Gaines (Talented guy out of a strong program, value meets need here)
Rd 4 (Comp)- Stefon Diggs (Guy with a ton of talent and good speed, I don't think he was in the best situation for himself at Maryland and he will do great for us... I doubt he is available here on draft day)

So what you're saying is that you took the guy the Rams wanted to draft in the 4th away from us? ;)
Looks good to me.

Not sure where you got this. I checked a few of the rankings on nfl.com and Charles Davis has him as the seventh best and Mayock doesn't have him top 5 for OG. You dont fall to the third round being the second best guard in the draft. Regardless, you had a solid 4 rounds and Jarvis is a good good player for the spot you got him. But, oh, fuck the 9ers.

Seattle selects:

Lynden Trail - DE - Norfolk State

Developmental DE prospect, who has excellent athletic ability, and Seattle would likely think they can coach up to be a contributor at the NFL level. This would likely be seen as a risky pick, but Trail is the sort of player that one can take a chance on with a compensatory pick.

With that, @Mojo Ram is on the clock
@Yamahopper is on deck... again ;)

That's the link I referred to for it. I personally think he's behind Scherff, Jackson, Cann, and Tomlinson (and La'el Collins if you see him as a guard)

Now we're just waiting for that priority challenged mocker @Mojo Ram to pick and we'll finish round 4 because we already know who Yamahopper wants.

Here is Round 5 again. Any mockers who want to continue this will probably have to take an additional team as some of our mockers are done. Sp we need a serrious list of those who want to continue. If we get at least 16 mockers I'll divide up the other teams among those wishing to continue their participation. I'll continue to do what I've been doing so far until I leave for Jamaica and then someone will have to take over for me. Let me know who'ds interesed in doing playing and taking over for me.

There was, I faintly recall, a trade that involved a 5th round pick between @Jorgeh0605 and @Stel I belive. If either of those two gentlemen would look at this amke sure it's reflected in the pick order that would be appreciated. I'm not sure it is because normally I do something like this (from Oakland) and I don't see a trade depicted here.

Also, rounds 6 & 7 are on page 41 of this thread.

Thanks for that @Stel ! My memory is as good as it always has been, Are you up for a Round 5?

You're on my list @jsimcox and I don't mean my home made fruitcake list. :notsure: ;)
