Caught a quick video of Rivers at the Colts' practice today ... looked a little thick around the middle ... But, what caught my attention was that Rivers is wearing #17. That's Daniel Jones number!
I did a quick internet search ... you know, after viewing a little porn ... and read that the League is OK with it because Jones is on season-ending-IR; and, apparently, Rivers wanted the number that he has worn all the way back to his high school years ... in the 1950s.

I don't know why I'm so excited for this lol. Most likely turns into nothing but grandpa Rivers re-living the glory days could turn out to be one of the best stories of the year.
