Another example is allowing Olinemen to mug Aaron Donald. He easily would have broke the sack record if Olinemen felt that they couldn’t get away with wrapping their arms around his neck.

Once again it's the angles and sight lines that are the reason for missed calls not the refs allowing penalties to be committed without calling them.

It depends on the angle.

From one it looks like he got it. From another it looks like he was short.

And I think that's why it wasn't changed by the replay.

IMO he got it but they spotted it where his knee went down not where he was stretching his arm out with the ball.

Looks like the 12 1/2 yard line. That is were they snapped it from when the Saints got the ball back. If you look at the ankle(calf)being down as well. Mute point though right now !!

Go Rams !!

Wow!!!
Can't believe NRC was not called, Vinovitch made up for years of misery in one call.

So what do you think now?

This was a well called game, and a lot of calls went the Rams way that should NOT have gone the Rams way.

A few big breaks today.

This was a very poorly called game and their were atrocious non-calls for both teams. It was poorly called specifically because calls went a way that they shouldn't have gone. But just like the losses, we have to live with the result and it doesn't matter now.

Rams were 0-12 with Vinovich... Well, 13 is my lucky number. That's true.

And I'm ALREADY tired of the ONLY thing being talked about in large part was the blown PI call (it was a PI, for sure), but then NOT talking about all the other blown calls that could easily have affected the outcome of the game.

I expected it from Payton, but when Brees got into the act, I guess he thinks it's okay to stomp on an opponent's helmet...not just stomp, but to take a running jump and stomp.

It was a classic, "let 'em play" poorly reffed game. We've CERTAINLY been on the wrong end of a bunch of those, but when you have the chance to win the game outright, bad call or no, you either take advantage of it or you don't.

I'll say it again... The Saints had the ball first in OT. They could have made all this moot. They didn't.

Rams are in the Super Bowl and the good news is that if the Saints are hung up on that call, they won't be focused on getting better and that bodes well for the NFC South. The Saints aren't going to get an injured Panther's QB two out of three weeks like this year...

But, who cares. Go back and watch again. That ball should have been easily defended. And, without the interference, that ball was not gonna be caught! No way. Shit pass!
