I just can not comprehend how that is good for your team. What players are you losing to sign him to that? That shiny weapon Hill will be gone after this contract, fuck anyone else on the team. I dont give a fuck how good the player is, they DO NOT deserve 1/3 of the teams money. QBs need to have their own cap.
I believe there should be a formula to determine best player year in and year out. #1 ranked get X amount of money, #32 gets X amount of money per position. Make these guys earn their money. Something has to change. This shit is stupid at this point.
Chiefs can kiss Tyreek Hill, Chris Jones, and everyone not named Mahomes good-bye. I know that Mahomes is a great quarterback, but no one quarterback ever wins without help. Chiefs have to hope that all of their draft picks hit in order to compete.
He's the reason they won the SB, he's that damn good, because his defenses have been crap. And in a decade, history is going to show how loaded that Niners D was. I have no problem with talent like this get mega bucks. It's mediocre QBs like Dak that want top money that's killing the structure..
How much is enough for these qbs? They're not the only ones playing the game, even though the media thinks they are.
The selfish pricks.

Not something I want to happen but I go by the numbers and statistics. Dual threat QB’s don’t last long. Not to mention ones of smaller stature.I almost admire you of being so hellbent of him getting severely injured, lol.
No way around that.As a KC fan im glad we retained PM but I hope it's not at the expense of the rest of the team.
You guys here gotta stop using his frame for durability concerns. Nick Foles, Ben Rapistberger, Cam Newton, Patrick Mahomes, Joe Flacco, Sam Darnold, & Josh Allen all suffered injuries where they missed numerous weeks or even season ending & they’re all big as hell. Being big doesn’t make you less likely to get injury, it just makes you a bigger target.Just saying - don't be surprised if he does get injured. Maybe he won't. But that dude is small for a QB. He better be like Drew Brees and avoid the hits instead of trying to make plays like RG III. Last year in his rookie year, he had a hamstring injury. First year.
That usually does not trend out well.
Stature has nothing to do with it. Running style does. Not something I want to happen but I go by the numbers and statistics. Dual threat QB’s don’t last long. Not to mention ones of smaller stature.
As I stated before I love watching dual threat QB’s, they just don’t last long overall. It’s can’t miss TV when they are on the field.
Ever occur to you not being able to see over the line or having blocked vision is going to lead to more scrambles? PS i think he agrees with my assessmentStature has nothing to do with it. Running style does.
They were talking about Kyler Murray.QB or no, 6-3, 230 is not small.
What QB's dont have durability issues then? Ben didnt miss significant time over his first 10 years due to injury, Cam neither until last year. Flacco didnt miss a start in his first 7 seasons, missed 6 games then 2 more seasons of 16 game startsYou guys here gotta stop using his frame for durability concerns. Nick Foles, Ben Rapistberger, Cam Newton, Patrick Mahomes, Joe Flacco, Sam Darnold, & Josh Allen all suffered injuries where they missed numerous weeks or even season ending & they’re all big as hell. Being big doesn’t make you less likely to get injury, it just makes you a bigger target.
This is completely ridiculous. I understand Mahomes is good man but I feel like this is just complete overkill. 10 fucking years? What’s the point of drawing out this kind of contract? You would think these guys would wanna win super bowls and keep their weapons. I just don’t get this at all.
I agree with this for the most part but we cannot overstate how Tyreek Hill is literally the only receiver in the league who gets open on that wasp route on 3rd and 15. No Hill, no Super Bowl.Nobody in any team sport wins without help. But the Super Bowl showed Mahomes value - Niners DL was in his face on every drop back. He's worth every penny and I generally don't believe any QB is worth the money.
