McVay's research that traveling east for a day should affect the player's circadian rhythm.

A circadian rhythm is a natural, internal process that regulates the sleep-wake cycle and repeats on each rotation of the Earth roughly every 24 hours. It can refer to any biological process that displays an endogenous, entrainable oscillation of about 24 hours.

The Rams let both the Cowboys and Eagles back in the game after dominating early. I haven't watched the Bills of late but, it appears the Rams would be better served to get off to a good start again. This will be a good early test for both the Rams defense and offense.
As long as we're up at halftime i'll settle in a bit. What's McV 's record in those games? It's pretty good.

My post left out the word not. It should have read should NOT affect the Rams Circadian rhythm.

Is McVay now 27-0 when leading at halftime?

Their starting 2 LBs one being one of their best defensive player Tremaine Edwards.

We stop Diggs we win that simple. We can shade our DB/Safeties to Brown. Not too worried about Beasley and their starting TE left the game yesterday.

Everyone in the league underestimate our Wr/te Corp and entire secondary imo both are top 3 in nfl.
WR Brown with his added weight will be Toughest test by far as we have'nt faced anything like this awesome team. So glad no packed home field to play against. Must take Allen down EARLY and make him think twice on holding the ball. Allen could be NFL MVP level this year. So glad we have Kiser that can deliver a serious blow early and I
hope none late.Kiser may draw a flag as he brings the wood too much sometimes. We must have long drives and score TD's and not Field Goals. Weight will be a major threat long as I think Aaron Donald gets to Allen before he can get a clean long shot deep to Brown. Must improve our outside contain we used last week on Wentz. Hope it's a Super hard hitting game. I see home cooking with refs against L.A
I think Jared Goff with GREAT protection has a 400 yard game with 4-5 TD's passing. We will need Henderson to catch the ball from backfield and think Woods Jet sweep game will be huge. Higbee should have career game. A NO INJURY game will be the biggest victory besides the W. Major test and love how McVay gets the RAMS ready for ROAD warrior challenges. Covid will kill the crowds nonsense. Must stop big running QB early and often.Hope he is hit really hard and needs the blue Tent.
Our secondary and Hope RAMSEY keeps his cool if we get bad calls HE is built to pick off Allens longball. I've said nothing new or what we all are thinking. WE need GREAT ILB play and the speed of Young over the hard THUMPING of KISER will be crucial gettin Big Allen on the ground. The bills can't stop our momentum game and our recieving corp. They have'nt seen anything like it yet. Hope we have some long Ball with Van Jefferson planned. Wish I
could be their to streak after our win. Bills have a great coaching staff I'm not sure if they make as fast adjustments as we do. First and best PLAYOFF TYPE TEAM since the Saints game in Nawlins that we won. Wish Ashawn Robinson was WELL & was back already. Henderson is starting to get close to his breakaway space he has just gotten for the FIRST time since being a RAM. Hope they've worked extra hard on screen game to give him that SPACE a few more times as I see a long future of TOUCHDOWNS one he has room to get going BEEP! BEEP!!! Hendersons HIGHLIGHT film from Memphis is other worldly and after nothing last year and Akers slow healing ribs we need to see that FLASH and DASH after one cut it was nothing but TOUCHDOWNS OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. Let's GEL early this season O-LINE and watch the newest fantasy threat to the NFl. HENDERSON is NOTHING to take lightly if just given space once he gets the ball. Not behind the line either. He may not look the part yet BUT HE will LIGHT up and stadiums SCOREBOARD and give JARED GOFF that PLAYACTION THREAT to allow him to rollout and hit HIGBEE & a crossing KUPP.

VERY HARD HITTING BATTLE AHEAD. GOD BLESS THE RAMS............

One additional thing with McDermott is he loves to play those A gap games with his LBs. He'll zone blitz it up and all that off those looks so our interior OL needs to be all filmed up on that shit.

He's a really smart gameplanner and their defense playing shitty the first two weeks makes me think they're going to be up to show what they can do vs a top offense. So there's gonna be moments where McVay needs to adjust, will be surprised if we blow them out.

Either way looking forward to this game and I feel pretty good about it just respectful of the opponent.

They've had their two best linebackers out for the first two games, and they still have the third best run defense. If they get either or both back it could be a tough day.

First Look: Rams head back east for Week 3 road game at Bills

The Rams (2-0) wrap up back-to-back East Coast games with a trip to Buffalo to take on the Bills (2-0) in Week 3. Kickoff is scheduled for 10 a.m. PT on FOX.

In advance of the contest, here is your first look at Rams-Bills on Sept. 27, including notable additions, some of the Bills' top statistical performers in Week 2 and key storylines:

Notable Bills additions

Traded for wide receiver Stefon Diggs. In March, the Bills sent a 2020 first round pick, fifth round pick, sixth round pick and a 2021 fourth round pick to the Vikings in exchange for Diggs and a 2020 seventh round pick. Entering Week 3, Diggs is the AFC's leading receiver (239 yards) and has the second-most catches (16). Prior to arriving in Buffalo, the 27-year-old receiver collected 365 receptions for 4,623 yards and 30 touchdowns in five seasons in Minnesota.

Drafted Georgia State kicker Tyler Bass in the sixth round of this year's draft. The No. 188 overall pick won the kicking competition in training camp by beating out veteran Steven Hauschka, who had been the team's starter from 2017-19. Bass is 3 for 5 on field goal attempts so far but has made all seven of his extra point attempts.

Top Performers in Week 2

QB Josh Allen completed 24 of 35 pass attempts for 417 yards and four touchdowns in the Bills' 31-28 win at Miami. Per ESPN Stats & Information, the performance made him the first Bills player to throw for 400 yards and four touchdowns without an interception in a single game.

RBs Devin Singletary and Zack Moss nearly split carries in the backfield. Singletary finished with 10 rushing attempts for 56 yards, Moss added eight for 37.

Diggs led all Bills receivers with eight catches for 153 yards and one touchdown, followed by John Brown with four for 82 and one touchdown. Allen connected with Gabriel Davis and Reggie Gilliam for his other two touchdowns, while Cole Beasley added five receptions for 70 yards.

CB Levi Wallace led Buffalo in tackles with 10 total.

On special teams, Bass made his lone field goal attempt (39 yards) and converted all four of his extra point attempts.

Early storylines to watch, and what they mean for the Rams
This game is setting up to be a good test for Los Angeles' defense.

While Buffalo owning the No. 5 total defense in the NFL comes as no surprise and will still challenge L.A.'s offense – it finished No. 3 last year – its third-ranked total offense signals significant improvement. Last season – Allen's second – the Bills produced the ninth-fewest total yards of offense in the NFL (330.2).

Allen has taken a step forward in Year 3, completing 70.4 percent of his passes for 729 yards and six touchdowns without any interceptions through two games. The Rams' secondary will have to be sharp against the NFL's leading passer, who has never been shy about using his arm strength to take shots downfield.

Additionally, Allen's ability to make plays with his legs – 1,216 rushing yards and 18 touchdowns in two-plus seasons – will also require a disciplined effort by the Rams' defensive line and linebackers.

For the Rams' offense, Sunday's contest will be about flexibility. Quarterback Jared Goff said last week that any time Los Angeles is able to run the ball as effectively as it did against Philadelphia, it opens up everything for the offense; however, that won't be easy against a Buffalo run defense allowing the third-fewest rushing yards per game in the league. If L.A.'s run game is unable to mirror the first two weeks of the season, its offense will have to adapt accordingly.

Stefon Diggs has accounted for 27.5% of Josh Allen's targets, 28.1% of his completions, and 32.9% of his passing yards. If Jalen Ramsey can shut him down, that could have a huge impact on the game.

My pick:

Rams 24
Bills 20

Bills defense has been pretty good in the past. But how good? The first two teams don't exactly have all pro running backs. Jets number one back is 37 year old Frank Gore. There was a time when he was pretty good. But at 3.2 YPC that time is in the past. Dolphins leading rusher is some guy named Gaskin. 86 yards in two games. Again, Bills should have a good defense. But its hard to say how good when they are playing two bad teams to start.

On defense this game comes down to our lack of pass rush( we need to fix it) and containment. On offense its our sore running backs. We need them to be avaiable and uninjured. I know this is obvious but these are the 2 things I think will determine the out come of the game. Go rams.

Sounds like the Bills will be an acid test for Staley and his players, no doubt about it.

Gonna be interesting to see how Staley schemes this.

Yeah, its early in the season. It's difficult to tell if a team is as good or bad as their record.
2-0 can be 2-5 in a few weeks.

Allen is as susceptible as any QB if under pressure. He isn't a savvy vet who always knows when to throw it away or eat it. He can be pushed to make bad throws. I just don't think the Rams have displayed enough pass rush to make that happen.

I watched the dolphins highlights and wow Josh Allen had a lot of time in the pocket.
