What if this happened?

Round 1 Pick 2: Teddy Bridgewater, QB, Louisville (A)
Round 1 Pick 14 (CHI): Mike Evans, WR, Texas A&M (A)
Round 2 Pick 13: David Yankey, OG, Stanford (A-)
Round 2 Pick 18 (NYJ): Jack Mewhort, OT, Ohio State (A)
Round 3 Pick 13: Telvin Smith, OLB, Florida State (A)
Round 3 Pick 22 (PHI): Terrence Brooks, FS, Florida State (B+)
Round 4 Pick 1 (HOU): Aaron Colvin, CB, Oklahoma (B+)
Round 4 Pick 17 (DAL): Calvin Barnett, DT, Oklahoma State (A)
Round 5 Pick 1 (HOU): Marion Grice, RB, Arizona State (A)
Round 6 Pick 13: J.C. Copeland, FB, LSU (A)
Round 7 Pick 13: Alden Darby, SS, Arizona State (B)

How would we keep 2 and 13 and get those extra picks?

However it might happen it would mean another 4 or 5 years before we see the playoffs

At least!

Rookie QB, another big, slow wr who can't run routes.

Egad..

I'd be pissed.

I would probably pack all of my Rams gear into a box and ship it to 1 Rams Way.

Love the way you guys express disapproval. And I'm right there with you.

We talk all this shit, but if this happened we would be full of Bridgewater and Evans fans! Lol:stirthepot:

He has to own it as he started this thread! I assume just to liven up the sleepy heads!

Yep, you must keep your mind active and not get tunnel vision. I'm behind Bradford but I am smart enough to recognize Bridgewater is a special talent and will be a superstar in the NFL. Some one will be very very happy they drafted him. This draft of course was for entertainment only and since it was about my 150th since first-pick reeled me in I started getting creative. I hope no one's tampon got to chaffing too severely. :heh:

Because our small, fast receivers who can't catch the ball (Bailey obviously excluded) are really lighting it up, right? :D

I would laugh at all the freakouts from the Mel Kipers of the world and of course the internet folk.

Not being a huge supporter of Bradford doesn't mean I don't "like" him.
I'm talking about Bradford the football player, not Bradford the man.
I hope he get's it together and becomes an all time great. A successful Bradford most likely means success for the Rams. I just haven't seen anything to make me think that's a sure thing.

The problem (for me, at least) is that we're headed into year four of the Bradford era and the Rams don't really have much to show for it. I've gotten tired of all the "next year Bradford will be great" talk, because it seems to happen every year. I realize everything isn't his fault (especially with injuries), but I also don't believe none of it rests with him either.
He looked good before the injury so I hope he comes back and can build on that.

I definitely don't agree with the idea that the Rams going in a different direction at QB equals years of setback and struggle. I'm not advocating change for the sake of change, but if a better option presents itself I have no problem with the team taking it.
