Rams are going to need to replace our stand out special teams players from somewhere. I doubt we'll see Steadman there this year, and Ray Ray might be ready to crack the LB rotation...then you've got Matt Daniels who can't stay healthy. Young players make the roster by excelling on ST's, and then they either earn their way into the lineup or disappear. Gotta keep the stable full of fearless kids that have the desire to go out and hit people.

Millard was one of my favorite late round picks. He's a dynamic fullback, and that's not an oxymoron.
I like late round CB's, RB's. There are so many in college ball... Might as well take a flyer.
He could be the next Marcel Reese. He's that type of player IMO before his injury.
