I see you list Shelton as the center too. You don't think Corbett can handle the duties? You don't even mention Seabass. You seem to be the only person on here that doesn't like his play.
OldNotDead has been down on Joseph-Day and Havenstein all off-season. He also flipped the side of his projected guards Corbett and Evans. Corbett was the RG last year.

OldNotDead has some interesting takes but he loses me when he posts silly inaccurate stuff like saying above that 'the Rams are currently over the cap ...' .

The Rams are not over the cap because no team is currently over the cap because no team can be over the cap at this point in the off-season because there is a long-standing rule that requires teams to be under the cap at the start of the League Year, which was months ago.

My 53:

QB:

Matthew Stafford
John Wolford

(No surprises here.)

RB:

Cam Akers
Darrell Henderson
Jake Funk
Xavier Jones

(I haven't given up on Jones; he was once the darling of camp last year. Nothing else is a surprise.)

TE:

Tyler Higbee
Jacob Harris
Brycen Hopkins
Ben Skowronek

(Yes, I think Skowronek is more of a HB type than a wide receiver. Hopkins gets another chance while Mundt is cut.)

WR:

Robert Woods
Cooper Kupp
Van Jefferson
Desean Jackson
Chatarius Atwell
Trishton Jackson

(Apparently, the Rams really like Trishton Jackson. No other surprises here.)

OL

Andrew Whitworth
David Edwards
Austin Corbett
Bobby Evans
Rob Havenstein
Chandler Brewer
Tremayne Anchrum
Joseph Noteboom
Alaric Jackson

(Jackson makes the team. Nothing else is surprising.

DL

Aaron Donald
Sebastian Joseph-Day
A'Shawn Robinson
Greg Gaines
Bobby Brown III
Earnest Brown IV

(No real surprises here.)

LB

Leonard Floyd
Terrell Lewis
Ernest Jones
Travin Howard
Micah Kiser
Christian Rozeboom
Justin Hollins
Ogbonnia Okoronkwo
Chris Garrett

(I think that Kiser and Okoronkwo get one last chance. Young is cut for salary relief, and I'm done with Reeder. And yes, I still think that Lewis can be a force of nature as a starter.)

DB

Jalen Ramsey
Darious Williams
David Long
Jordan Fuller
Taylor Rapp
Terrell Burgess
Robert Rochell
JuJu Hughes
J.R. Reed
Paris Ford

(Yes, I'm taking three safeties over Nick Scott, but I honestly think Hughes and Reed are underrated, and Ford could be a potential steal as a safety; he plays much faster than his forty time.)

ST

Matt Gay
Johnny Hekker
Steven Wirtel

(Wirtel wins the long-snapper spot because he's younger. No other surprises here.)

I think Nick Scott sticks. He played well when he had the chances. The others are way behind in NFL experience and had their chance to unseat Scott last year.

Very reasonable... My only questions would be Lawler, who also can't stat healthy. I think they bite the bullet and keep Garrett around unless he really disappoints.

And I am hoping JR Reid or Paris Ford grab the last safety spot. I see Hughes as a JAG, but the two I mentioned seem to have some upside. More physical and instinctive in my view with a shot at being special... one may become the best UDFA since Littleton.

Good points about Reid & Ford being more physical, however, I felt the Rams are good there with Fuller & Rapp looking for a safety that can cover and IMO Hughes offers the best option.

I agree with the offense. Dead on. Might keep a different 8th or 9th offensive lineman, but that's a solid stab at it.

Don't see Banks making it, and we don't need to cut Hekker to sign a vet.

I personally don't think we will sign anyone, but EDGE would be the priority IMO if we were going to spend some money.

Nice thread topic. Certainly illustrates how difficult will be those final cuts. Goodness…

My turn.

Quarterback (2)

Matthew Stafford
John Wolford

Jacob Harris
Ben Skowronek

Offensive Line (9)

Andrew Whitworth
Rob Havenstein
Austin Corbett
David Edwards
Bobby Evans
Tremanye Anchrum
Joseph Noteboom
Chander Brewer

I'm probably wrong, but I'm beginning to see things a bit differently on defense. I know what has been said, but I think the Rams plan to play more 4 man fronts under Raheem Morris.

Aaron Donald
A'Shawn Robinson

Earnest Brown IV
Michael Hoecht
Leonard Floyd
Ogbonnia Okoronkwo

Not the Final 53 but PFF...

listed their starting 22 on offense and defense after the NFL draft.

It would've been nice to see other OFF & DEF packages with a couple more of these pictures.

The only issue I have with this is Reeder & Kiser being on the field with Long. This will be the nickel package, but IMO, they will have another Outside Linebacker on the field to rush the passer instead of two inside backers, although Reeder has showcased the ability to rush the passer from time to time.

I read that PFF (not a big fan) depth chart as considering the Nickel-back more of a starter than the 4th LB who usually comes-out for that Nickel-back.

No way do I think even PFF expects Kiser and Reeder on the field together in passing situations. I don't even think they start together in the base. if Howard and Jones are healthy, I would expect one of them on the field in the Nickel. I could even see Rapp being the Nickel-LB in passing situations.

Also would not think Joseph-Day and Robinson would both be out there in most Nickel-sets. Agree with you about another OLB/Edge; and could even see three Edge rushers, counting Floyd (plus Donald as the only true DL) at times.

Preseason games are going to be fun looking at all the back-up talent on the roster. Especially at RB and WR

Yeah, I concur especially with the late addition of Otis Anderson, who will have an opportunity to make the team as both a punt returner & kickoff returner. At WR, some great battles including Big Ben Skowronek vs Trishton Jackson. Skowronek is bigger and plays special teams, Jackson doesn't, but made some big plays at Syracuse so that will be a battle I will be keeping an eye on.

Offense

QB: Stafford, Wolford

RB: Akers, Henderson, Funk, Anderson

WR: Woods, Kupp, Jefferson, Jackson, Atwell, Showronek

TE: Higbee, Hopkins, Harris

LT: Whitworth
LG: Corbett
C: Shelton
RG: Evans
RT: Noteboom
Swing OT: Edwards
C/OG: Allen, Anchrum
Swing OG/OT: Brewer, A. Jackson

Defense

DE: Hollins, Lewis
NT: Robinson, Gaines, B. Brown
DT: Donald, Hoecht, E. Brown
JACK: Floyd, J. Williams, Garrett
MIKE: Reeder, Jones
MO: Young, Howard, Moncrief

RCB: Ramsey, Long
LCB: Williams, Rochell
CB: Hughes
Safety: Fuller, Rapp, Burgess, Scott, Gervase

Special Teams

P: Bojorquez
K: Gay
KR: Funk, Anderson
PR: Scott, Gervase, Atwell

Scott and Gervase have the speed and quickness you want in a punt returner so I think one of them might get the bulk of the work while Atwell is put back there for special circumstances.

I don't think Havenstein makes the cut. They have too many options and his contract simply isn't justified by his play. He's probably going to be released next year anyway because of all their FAs they will want to extend. Mundt failed as a lead blocker last year so it makes no sense to use a roster spot for strictly an inline blocking TE. If they release Havenstein half the need for a blocking TE disappears. Rob's run blocking has deteriorated over the past two years as well.

Burgess gives them a 6th CB if the need should arise. Hughes can play both CB and safety as well.

Going to ASK 4 A DRUG TEST!!

Ram Fans have the Freedom to choice

If 4 1 Minute maybe 2 minutes you think Gaines- Henderson- -Johnny - or Havenstien will get cut then you might need to check yourself.

Haveinstien is the starting RT.He could have been traded. He is a Top RT that brings leadership. He stands out on the Field with Shells.Still an ascending player as well.Whitworth adds to that 5 year relationship.

Henderson is explosive & should be healthy. He maybe needs to have better vision, but his screen spacing is Top Notch. Stafford will get him the ball.

Gaines — he is just a grinder.Comes in and always gives a solid effort.Still developing & like HENDO are only going into year 3.

—Johnny - I get his contract as Punter.I’m not the Biggest Fan. Sean Mcvay is though. Looking at The Rams
last OTA’s he was still on the lead holder for The Kicker Gay.

Some of these rookies will get playing time.Anchrum,Brewer, & Coleman will be battling for maybe only 1 spot ?
