It will be interesting to see the details re: McCreary. Maybe a phantom “injury” to stash him away until next season? Or, at least, until he has full grasp of the concepts?

McCreary is not under contract next year. Sometimes things don't work out.
Kendrick is big and physical and knows the system. Maybe he will be okay this time around.

I think McVay just downplayed his injury after the game because he only played one snap and then didn’t come back in even though McVay said he probably could’ve. But we’ve seen time and time again that that’s just Coach speak from him.

I'd rather they signed Lake and Durant, and I'm doubtful they can sign all three. I consider McCreary an insurance policy that we didn't have to use. Hoping he nets a comp pick now.
So I am assuming here that with Kendrick at least, he'd probably be the odd man out once Spoon actually gets activated....so likely just use Kendrick for Sunday's game, then go to the PS after if we can

No ... he really wasn't. Barely on the field the past six weeks.
Couple early picks (one off a deflection) when he got playing-time because of injuries to some Seattle DBs.
Probably. I'm just happy that he can block.
Poor blocking from the TEs was one of the main reasons that Seahawks game was so close, IMO.

Prob not but we really need that 4th TE to run 3TE sets. Can't practice it and install it during the week only to have one guy go down and scrap 1/3 to 2/3 of offensive game plan.

Wait...if we pick him up from a PS doesn't that mean we have to keep him on the 53 the rest of the season?
Not for the season that would be a terrible rule. He has to go to our 53 man roster. Also we claimed him before they could put him on the PS he was on waivers.
