Idk what an anti trader is. I’m a rams fan and I’m excited to see what Stafford can do for us.Sorry. I thought you'd appreciate the Link. I have basically been parroting that podcast before and especially dialog after listening to it. I've written it on this thread several times. I got enough pushback from that anti trade crowd that I said I was out. Too many people wanted this to be a vent thread. So there it is, take it or leave it.
Exactly! Jared in a Rams jersey is that dead horse we don't need more threads or comments on his time here. But they'll keep coming and in threads about moving forward with Stafford we'll get more of them as well. These same people that are loudest about everybody moving on with Stafford can't move on from Jared either. It's a fun game. But for folks who've been making their point vociferously for 10 days straight? For those folks... yeah, we get it. One more whack at the dead horse carcass isn't gonna make anything better or add to the conversation in any way.
The other part is that I also believe that McVay needs to significantly retool his offensive system to make use of Stafford's strengths.
Every forum I’ve seen gets personal because people disagree. Why is this? Because dudes get defensive when others don’t join in on their sentiments.
I got banned for 24 hours last week because a dude said “F you” to me. Poster also said “you don’t know what I’ve gone through in my life,” and I said that “everyone goes through trials and tribulations”.
Banned.
Not making this about me. But this type of thing happens in every forum just because of disagreement. #truth #facts.
.
Check out the first 30 seconds of this clip. Very funny.

I'm callin' my shot! The return of David Vobora ~ @Merlinya know just before the goff stafford trade i put in a post saying that i didn't think goff would be traded. all that talk of a trade was just to light a fire under goffs ass for next year. anyway it seems every year they surprise me with some move most don't think can happen. so next year expect watts and clowney to be on our d line and tryeek hill to be that deep threat every one wants. just kidding but i would not be surprised if they make some more moves most are not expecting

Can you just say what you need to say to make sure we get a solid OL?
I'm not judging you man, but I'm curious if you recognize/intentionally used the very biased way you framed that. You set up the dichotomy of opinions asWe all have opinions from our vantage. In this podcast you get actual real news based on real events and opinions from inside the Rams building.
I'm not telling you my opinion here. I said I was done.
You can refuse the best possible source we have if you choose, or you can be open to a different interpretation of the trade and listen. It was the best and most comprehensive discussion on the trade that you will find. One of them seemed to be against it and the other understood it. I'm hooked. Jordan is the most informed Rams reporter I've ever come across.
I'm not judging you man, but I'm curious if you recognize/intentionally used the very biased way you framed that. You set up the dichotomy of opinions as
1. People against the trade
2. People who understand the trade
The implication of your words being that if anyone doesn't like the trade they must not understand it. That may not actually be your opinion, but if you're getting more resistance than you want to it may be because you low key called everyone who disagrees with you dumb.
I am a little curious about 'the fixed outcome topic'.I wouldn’t care if the whole forum was against me. They practically were a few years ago over the fixed outcomes topic.
Oh I wasn't offended. I'm not emotionally invested in the trade. Well, that and I've suffered far worse insults than an unintentional framing of a conversation.I wouldn’t care if the whole forum was against me. They practically were a few years ago over the fixed outcomes topic.
But to be clear, dumb is your word. I never said that. In fact if you read it that way I’d guess you were offended and wanted to interpret it that way. Instead I’d call those against the trade stubborn, after I provide a link to what many have been saying is the best source of Rams info that they ever heard or read, and they refuse to check it out.
I’m content to let them be angry about it. I tried helping them feel better about it.
