Last 2 I can see, but low blood sugar and brain embolism don't make sense. I suffer from hypoglycemia and vision is never impaired bad enough to miss anything that significant. Now if he stumbled and fell into the truck due to those first 2, that makes sense.

Jefferson, Rapp, Atwell & a 2023 6'th for Toney.

Why is everyone so quick to toss aside Jefferson? Dude took a huge step in the right direction, and still has room to grow. Toney showed far less than Jefferson did. Yes, Jefferson has an extra year on him, but first round picks are expected to show a lot more than he did in his first year. Give me Jefferson all day long.

I actually saw Toney play in the NFL and he is far more explosive than Jefferson. The questionable part about Toney is his maturity and devotion to the game unlike Jefferson. If Toney didn't have these questions, I truly believe him to be the superior playmaker, but like anything else that's just my opinion. I'm not advocating to trade for him but certainly understand what the attraction is. I'm totally ok with rolling with Jefferson and signing OBJ but I wouldn't necessarily be mad if we got Toney. Jefferson is probably not re-upping with us if we do sign OBJ. Have a feeling Rams will let Jefferson walk regardless if we go after Toney or not due to the dollars we'll have tied up at the we position. I don't necessarily view Jefferson as a special #3 if that's even a thing lol.....I'll say it again, I trust whatever McVay and the Rams FO decide to do. I truly think it's unlikely though.

Jefferson is a decent WR who may never get past being any teams #2 or 3, he's also quite inexpensive for now, but he does have his limitations. In 2021 VJ had Stafford throwing to him, accumulating 50 receptions while being targeted 89 times, and a 56.2% catch ratio for his second year in the league. Jefferson went 19 out of 31 for 220 yards and 11 yards per reception as a rookie.
Toney is a potential future #1WR, had 3 different QB's his rookie year who were all pretty bad with the NYGmen, still had 39 receptions out of 57 targets, a 68.4% catch ratio and averaged 10.8 yards per reception.
I take Toney all day long.

The Rams have done well trading for proven stars, but I don't like what I read about this kid. Why is he sitting out offseason workouts and minicamp with his new coach? He has baggage from his rookie season and a lot to prove.
giants probably wouldnt want him at voluntary mini camp if they were looking to trade him, so that could be why. also could be looking to trade him in part cuz he didnt show up, who knows

I don't know about his mental state or commitment but he has above average hands and elite footwork. He loves to run and is a YAC machine like a certain Ram. I can see how it is easy to be enamored by him

It's just two entirely different levels of talent man. Toney is an elite athlete, explosive, game changer type. Van Jeff is a solid pro and did take a nice step last year. But his ceiling is capped and he's already about to be 26yrs old. He came into the league as an older pro where Toney is barely 23. Not to mention how VJ struggled against man coverage in the SB. All the questions regarding maturity and work ethic with Toney are warranted but I dont think their talent can be compared. We would just have to trust that McVay could bring the best out of him from a maturity standpoint.

This dude is dangerous but your buy low here I mean technically van Jefferson for Toney is more than fair but I'd give Van and tutu for Toney resign Obj go with those four Harris and maybe draft a reciever. This kid is electric and if he would buy in just wow. I'd only add Rapp if they give us Bradbury who they will probably cut last addition tyrann and we can access pass rusher later though if the restructures open up enough money I'd look to improve there too. Love toney though

You don’t know how pleased I am to see Morph on this site. I’d be even happier if Chaz was to turn up as well.

By the way isn’t this the bloke that went off against the Cowboys then got ejected for throwing a punch??

Before the draft, there was speculation that he was immature and just looking for the money, i.e. poor work ethic. The Giants ignored the red flags and made excuses. So why are they surprised he's behaving exactly the same as he did in college. He should have been a UDFA and even then I would have questioned the wisdom. Now they are looking for anyone just as stupid.

Dan Benton April 30, 2021

Leading up to Round 1 of the 2021 NFL draft, Florida wide receiver Kadarius Toney was expected to slide and many attributed that to his alleged off-field issues.

In 2018, Toney was among seven Florida players suspended for “not living up to the Gator standard.” A month prior to that suspension, Toney was also stopped by the Gainesville Police Department and found to be in possession of an AR-15.

At the time of Toney’s traffic stop, police questioned whether or not to arrest the receiver for improper storage of a firearm. However, because the rifle was not actually in Toney’s hands at the time of the stop, they deemed it to be in accordance with state’s open-carry laws. He was not charged.

Finally, some scouts questioned Toney’s commitment to the game, fearing that he might be more interested in a rap career than a football career. The 22-year-old goes by the name “Yung Joka” on the microphone.
