Is there anyone who will be at the dome tailgating that my wife and I can join? We have never tailgated because we live about 2.5hrs north and dont know anyone down there. We would like to get the whole experience. PM me if we can join in and let me know where to meet and park as well as what to bring.

Best place for newbies is across the street from the dome in Baer Park! Anyone can go there and buy beer and get into the mood! Enjoy!

Yeah that's were we have gone every time we go to a game. Usually 2-3 games a year except when I was deployed.

I won't be at the opener this year, as I now have two kids in college. But, whenever we go to the Dome for anything Rams related, we always go to Lumiere beforehand. On game days, they charge you $30 for parking, but if you spend that much in the casino gaming, or eating, or shopping you get your money back. So, it's you're parking for free. We always eat at the Stadium Club...good food at a reasonable price. They also have a number of screens in the place, so you can watch any sporting event you want.
A LOT of Rams fans are there before the game...it's a great atmosphere. I highly recommend it.
Have a great trip and bring us a winner!
Also, make sure your wife only brings a clear bag into the Dome...purses still not allowed. I always keep mine in the truck of my car and carry credit cards and cash in my pockets.

How do you get your money back? Show a receipt?
Yes. You pay at the booth when you enter the garage. Keep the receipts and show them when you're ready to leave.

My friend and I make the trip out once a year for the home opener, so we try to get the best seats we can
