Well, in Williams first camp, was it a man against boys sort of deal. All I can remember about ADs first camp is the reports of him being "unblockable" by seasoned NFL vets in camp. He was ruining NFL offensive plays from day one. In fact, his first camp it took 2 O linemen to have any hope of slowing him down.

NO comparison.
Someone, post a link of AD picking up and throwing 230lb E Elliot with one arm and end this, please.
Aron Donald is the Tasmanian Devil in a Rams helmet.

Williams should stop talking and enjoy his last few weeks of employment.
In typical Williams fashion he snatches defeat from the jaws of victory, leading with 5 seconds to go he dials up a 0 blitz with 2 rookie corners, Carr can’t believe his good fortune, 50yd td, ball game. Even jet players are dumbfounded. Hilarious.

The decision to max blitz in that situation (there were 13 seconds at the snap) with no timeouts and the Raiders needing a touchdown, was the single worst coaching decision I have seen this season.

Still, most Jets’ fans are ok with it as it keeps them on track for Trevor Lawrence.

The way they played defense at the end of the game today, a person might think they were tanking for a #1 pick.

Hammer- classic.

I was an old Draftnik type from way back.

Anyway’s First off Williams is a joke & his son leaving The Rams & Fisher son being in the staff & then Auburn connection with Snead & Greg Robinson. -just saying McSnead is better than Snisher.

This needs its own thread in2 different parts, but will keep it just this time & date.

I’ve noticed actually a few things no one has talked about from what I’ve read.
- Goff & the offense-
will say though without clueing in,Mcvay has this team kicking it up a notch & the turn around on Thursday will be huge.—clue is Josh McDaniels(Rams). & history of the position. -Wonder about his future?

— League rules & Reffing going on. Really crazy times I’ve noticed. Wonder about the BLM movement & Covid-19.
The game is changing Bigtime.

-NFL - control -Not-for-long(Whitworth & Qb’s) vs
Not-for-Fun? I’ve noticed the celebration & Uni’s in 2020.

STFU Williams... You had nothing to do with the drafting or development of AD. What an attention seeker.....
He was defensive coordinator at the time. I'm sure he was involved in scouting defensive players. Aaron was this good in college though so it's not like Williams took an unknown and molded him.

Sebastian Joseph-Day - this guy is in VOGUE

what I saw from him on Sunday was Fun!! He is just living life with Aaron Donald.
Brockers,Robinson.SJD, & Fox
Gaines is just a personality as well.

This D-Front is just getting started.

Joe Day is like a young college player & you can see the NFL changing if you watch him against Arizona. His speed for a DT is impressive. He gets less reps, but more intense.

This dude is pushing himself with Aaron Donald.Adding strength & Speed.

Impressed with Fox being able to play DT & now Aaron Donald is starting to lineup up more as a DE.

He said Williams was "way" ahead of Donald in "a lot of ways". What ways are those, I'm curious, because Gregg couldn't be bothered to name one.

First two seasons
Donald 50 QB hits
Williams 16

Donald 40 TFLs
Williams 12

Donald 20 sacks
Williams 7.5
Well there you go. Settled pretty easily in the end.

Was it Greg Jennings called Greg Gaines a "hungry hippo" going after that fumble recovery? I like Gaines, we seem to play better when he's in the game.

And he absolutely didn't need to apologize.

Greg Gaines is a guy with "cankles" and that's great for NT types.

He really did look like a Hungry Hippo swallowing up that ball on the fumble. It was an apt description.

If Aaron Donald was on Williams team he wouldn't need to blitz 7 guys to lose the game.

That was a cool play.. The d-lineman
we’re all out Gaines took the best angle. Once he got the ball Gaines was not letting go.Was that his 2nd this season?
