After 10 years....Tampa was still, by FAR the worst team in the NFL...They were like the Browns are NOW...Remember, this is the NEW Cleveland Browns, the others are in Baltimore...they haven't had a winning season since the move I believe...they are the epitome of a career expansion team at the moment. No matter how long they've been in existence.
As far as Quick
My point in all of this, is some of the players display the "talent" to be successful. Whether they reach that level of play is up to them, AND the team they're on. Sorta like Chris Carter...Or Rich Gannon if you prefer.
Quick stats in 2016
http://www.espn.com/nfl/team/stats/_/name/la
41 catches for 564 yards with 3 TD's....not great...not terrible...they are what they are. Not defending him. He is, what he is...Another player, OVER DRAFTED BY THIS REGIME....and yes, he does have pro-style talent for his position. Pretty par for the course on this team....Rather, of the receivers, only 1 showed he's significantly better.
