If he would quit dancing and pick a light to chase he would be a lot better off. 100% or not you aren't going to juke guys out of their sneakers jitterbugging back and forth a couple times on a punt return in this league.

Watch Hester in his returns. Yeah he might plant a foot or two, but he picks his spot and goes for it. Austin looks his best when he decisively picks a spot and goes for it.

May he still be hurt? Sure, but it doesn't have much to do with dancing laterally till the entire punt team is breathing down his neck.

I think the kid needs one more year honestly. He's clearly the fastest player on the field and I would go as far to say in the league. He has decent hands. It would help if he had consistent QB play. He will be fine.

he may be hesitant a bit when he has the ball..almost like he is afrtaid of getting that knee whacked again. The game announcers today picked up on it also

I don't know if any player who is actually playing is 100% at this point.

I think he's healthy, he just gets the ball and dances/runs in place while he looks for blockers. It's annoying.

Not funny.
I wasn't trying to be. The guy I was responding to was the one making a joke.

I'm dead serious about Tavon not being very smart. He had a fricken 7 on the wonderlic.

Then just say that you don't think he's very smart. Don't call it "mental issues" when it isn't.

Umm, me calling it mental issues was being polite. I could have called him much worse but I didn't. Him not being able to grasp the offense, running routes, simple football plays like today, etc are the very definition of having issues with his mental abilities. I'm not sure what the issue is.

My issue is that the words "mental issues" are anything but polite.

Really? I'd say "mental issues" is nicer than even saying he isn't smart. I could have gone full bore on the adjectives but I didn't. Are you linking that with mentally challenged, because those don't mean the same at all?

My problem with those words is that they're usually used dismissively towards people who have mental illnesses that affect their everyday lives.
