Hey, the Rams have the respect and admiration of the Eagles fans, which is astonishing. I read many comments from Eagles fans on various news stories about that game and they all were very positive, especially for Verse and him walking the walk and backing the talk. As a lifelong fan, living through that putrid 6-42 three year run and a joke of an organization, these McVay years, I still think I'm dreaming sometimes. I go to SOFI and there are crazy proud Rams fans with 2 TIME SUPERBOWL flags flying at the tailgates, everybody decked out in their Sunday best Rams jerseys. I almost get emotional walking around seeing the growing number of fans loving this team. It seems not that long ago, I remember when I felt like I was one of the few true Rams fans in So Cal. when everyone else was wearing Patriots gear. We had our somewhat small gathering of die hards here at ROD and that has always been special. It has grown too. I guess what I'm trying to say is I'm just so proud of this team and organization. What a year it has been! Thanks to everyone on ROD for making every season and off-season something special.

The Lions were an injured team that overperformed with back ups. We were mostly healthy and could have beaten both teams(Commodes and Lions), imo. The Eagles were the stumbling block that we needed to overcome and couldn't quite do it.
We would have beaten Washington because all year their fans were saying their defense wasn't good.

All we had to do was somehow contain Daniels on a few series and we easily win that game. And with our 4 man front, I believe we would have destroyed Washington's OL.

Our offense, we would have been healthy and at home and ready to curb stomp Washington.

Rams could have won. But did anyone think the offense was good enough to go deep into the playoffs? I’m a serious homer and my answer every time I asked it was ‘NO’. They need to feed that OL and add a weapon or 2 for next year.
On the extremely positive side, the defense (other than 2nd/3rd level run defense played lights out. Future looks bright when they add a solid ILB and CB1.
All year the offense was sputtering. We saw flashes of what it could be, but no, we were not a top 2 team in the playoffs. In 2025 I bet we are.
