Well when you know what plays we were going to run that helpsGreat coaches elevate players. That defense that brought down the 2001 Rams wasn't exactly littered with all stars and future HoFers.

Shula could take Pleasant with him as his DC if the Rams don't promote him immediately to DC.Bowles is a hell of a good DC so it’s a good idea that is most certainly worth considering. Could he help upgrade the D what with us having two first round picks? I am not sure Pleasant would be an upgrade over Shula
I don't have a problem with him leaving at all.. I feel he is highly replaceable.

Yep I went back and watched and Ty Law & Otis Smith(I think it was) would grab Holt & Bruce when they would cut for a break on their route. They mainly grabbed a handful of jersey on their shoulder area from behind.Holding on for dear life on every down helps as well.

The FIX that was XXXVI.I don't think the Rams got one dpi call on a db that game.

Yeah - there were games where Donald would be wrecking havoc in the backfield and his soft zone coverages would just get obliterated between the 20s. However, Morris was very good at limiting teams to field goals frequently in the red zone.Morris had better players and still played too soft with his defenses.
He dialed shit up in the playoffs though. I wonder what role McVay takes in the defense and how aggressive it plays. With this offense, defense should be taking chances all day long.Yeah - there were games where Donald would be wrecking havoc in the backfield and his soft zone coverages would just get obliterated between the 20s. And those soft zone allowed the QBs to dump the ball off quickly, robbing AD of sacks.Yeah - there were games where Donald would be wrecking havoc in the backfield and his soft zone coverages would just get obliterated between the 20s. shut your mouth.Raheem Morris is available.
I think there's a consensus that he's a top 5 candidate. Doesn't guarantee him a job but I think he's prob gone as long as D doesn't sh*t the bed in the playoffs.I don’t think Shula is getting a HC job this cycle.
I prefer he leave. The players are out of position and not disciplined IMO.Shula can stay or go in my book. He's nothing special.
