Would have to win out (obviously). And have to root for the whiners. And the Giants and Seahawks have to end up with 7 wins. That's the easy breakdown.

Any two of the following 3 teams would have to win only 7 games

Giants and Seattle like you said or the Commodes could be one of the two teams

All 3 have 7 wins so two of the three would have to lose all 5 remaining games

I just don't see it
 
If the Niners lose all their remaining games they still own the tie breaker. As bad as the NFC is a losing record isn't going to make the playoffs unless they take their division. The Niners own the tie breaker over the Rams.

So the answer is NO

Well no we can't win the division but there is still a miniscule possibility that we can make the playoffs as a wild card team

Seeings how the Seabags play SF, KC and LARams again - we just need to win out and hope like 'ell they drop all 4.... and that the Jets can pull a win out of their azz.... in seattle.

Teams who limp into the playoffs usually are one and done, especially when you have O line problems.

I am hoping our draft position is favorable where some OL and Edge players are within reach.

We brought home some hardware last season. Let's re-load and go for another title.
