This I can get behind!McVay was schooling Fangio last night in the first half ... but Fangio, has seen it all. McVay needs a Fangio.

I've watched this team for a long time. I watched them week in and week out from 2005 to 2016 when we failed to make the playoffs every single year and had nonstop losing seasons. Maybe you've forgotten those days. I haven't. Stop acting spoiled.Anyone watching the Rams, who has watched them since day one of McVay, can clearly see how stale this offensive system has become. He has either chosen not to adapt, or is unable too. Good teams find ways to win with marginal talent at certain positions, and with injuries.
He will not have an endless leash - no one ever does.
Were you a Rams fan in 2019 and 2020? Some “fans” were saying the same thing about his “system” becoming stale. Then ‘21 happened. Have faithAnyone watching the Rams, who has watched them since day one of McVay, can clearly see how stale this offensive system has become. He has either chosen not to adapt, or is unable too. It makes you wonder if some the posters remember how bad it was with Linehan, Spags and Fisher? We are spoiled with Sean McVay.Since day 1?
This is utter nonsense. 13 straight, non competitive losing seasons before McVay, and outside of the 5 year blip of the GSOT, they had the most losses in the 90's
He's as irreplaceable as there is
Again, the reading comprehension seems a bit poor here. Didn't say anything about the seasons before McVay, only the seasons with McVay. If you can't see that the NFL has figured out his scheme, you are blind as a fucking bat.
Time to move onOk troll
Because McVay doesn't play TuTu Atwell more?Anyone watching the Rams, who has watched them since day one of McVay, can clearly see how stale this offensive system has become. McVay is one of the best coaches in football, period. Only two HC's in Rams history have coached the team to win a Super Bowl. These coaches couldn't do it as head coach: Allen(x2), Prothro, Knox(x2), Malavasi, Robinson, Brooks, Martz, Linehan, Spagnuolo and Fisher.I'm not sure why people always reference this. McVay is a great coach, but he isn't new and he isn't the best coach in football. Staying put because you fear the past probably means it will come around for the Rams no matter how hard we wish it away.
There is a difference between Coach McVay and Offensive Coordinator McVay. People tend to be talking about one or another, but not both.
The ones like that are usually bandwagoners or young and didn't experience all that BS. I am sure the Rams have a ton of fans from the McVay era. Makes sense and I like to see them but yeah they don't have perspective a lot of the time.It makes you wonder if some the posters remember how bad it was with Linehan, Spags and Fisher? The worst thing I have seen types here in a long time. One can appreciate him, but also realize it may be time to move on eventually.
The staleness is the lack of explosive play at RB, and frankly, the lack of speed at WR. Need a TRUE outside guy. Kupp is just too slow anymore. He should be slot only. Not to mention some very meh TEs.I love what coach has done for the organization… but maybe its getting stale. Something just aint jiving with the Rams.
Yeah, I seriously doubt Corum is the guy either. The lack of explosiveness among our skill guys is glaring. Physical? Yes. Intelligent? Yes. Competitive? Yes.Corum hasn't really busted any long runs either. Probably not until then.
You almost wonder if it's a scheme choice at this point. Because in 2021 the Rams signed Desean Jackson specifically because Mcvay kept getting asked if the Rams were going to prioritize more explosive threats. The 2020 team was basically a chug along offense being held to by great defense.Yeah, I seriously doubt Corum is the guy either. The lack of explosiveness among our skill guys is glaring. Physical? Explosive and game breaking? No.

They have tried. Cooks, Jefferson, DJax, Beckham jr, Tutu (Mike Evans) etc.You almost wonder if it's a scheme choice at this point.
