Maybe the Rams can lower ticket prices for people who can prove residency - but something needs to be done. Every other team gets a home field advantage and we play every week in front of a hostile crowd.

I think he is. He knew this was going to be a losing season and he still stayed with the team for it. I have to think he at least plans to see it through.
