I guess that is the only explanation. Woods reversed sideline and was headed to the area where the ball was thrown but he was still 5 yards away. Awful judgement.

Only explanation I can think of. As far as decisions go (if that was the intent), it wasn't terrible. Could have been a gain of 20 down to the 10. The execution was atrocious.

If that wasn't his intent, then I have zero clue what the actual hell he was doing.

Goff has outplayed Wilson with the exception of the stupid pick.

Let’s go offense!!!!

Frankly, Russ wasn't any better in the first half. He should have had a pick six, and he missed a wide open TD.

OK, I'm a Goff advocate but he's got to pull his head out of his ass. That INT was beyond stupid. His accuracy is average at best lately and his decision making is less than that. He's got to get it together and NOW. This game is here for the taking and he's helping piss it away.

The protection hasn't been bad. He's getting enough time. Seattle is covering well, but I'm not even bothered by Jared not lighting them up. I'm bothered by the inexcusable mistakes. Throwing a terrible INT in scoring range when you have positive yardage on a scramble. Sliding a yard short of the first down on 3rd down when you can get it. He's not making good decisions. There's no way for me to rationalize what he's doing. He's simply playing like a rookie. I don't get it. There has been far too much of this since the start of the Dolphins game.
Hey, look at that. The ability to critique a Ram without getting all stupid about it.

Do you offer classes?

So when the commentators right with the offensive play calling is the way it is to protect Goff... Is that a knock on Goff making bad throws/reads, or oline not blocking, or what? Because I feel like our play calling is super conservative, and when we need the big plays, we still throw under neath

I actually like Goff - never been a "hater." But, that said, I have no confidence ever when we need a game winning drive that he will come through. It's maddening because there are moments - when he is on - that he can make every throw and can look all-world. But he'll follow that with a drive - or more and more lately a game - or two -where he looks very pedestrian. That Super Bowl game was abysmal - although that game was on the entire offense, McVay included, and not just Goff. But he seems like a qb that more and more has to have everything around him clicking almost perfectly to be truly great. I wonder what he would look like without McVay's scheming, and I wonder if McVay is limited in his play calling at times because of a lack of confidence in Goff. That and the horrible penchant for turnovers has led me to accept what I think Goff is - a very erratic qb who has some elite physical gifts but doesn't due well under pressure.

That was his intent, but you don't know that. That's a rookie move. Take the free yardage. It wasn't 3rd down. We weren't in a do or die situation.

If Goff continues this shit, I need to see the defense livid on the sidelines. SOMEONE needs to wake his ass up. The laid back surfer approach ain't working obviously.

Have we ever won a game where we can't run and Goff plays poorly? I don't think we have...

I don't think anyone on here thinks it's all Goff. Clearly the OL isn't playing as it should. But, I think we can all agree just don't make bonehead plays and start playing with some heart. Again, this isn't week 3. The freaking playoffs are on the line and you slide 1 yard short when what you should of done is grab onto that ball like it's your newborn baby and get that last yard. Show your teammates you aren't freaking around. I don't care if you go to a podium and talk about playing better. DO IT.

Okay. Here we go.

Let us hope we have a QB who has had his wakeup call.

Goff is our QB. Right now I am his biggest fan!

GO RAMS!!!

The game is heated so it's going to be a tough, defensive battle. Those mad at Goff, yes he makes some bonehead throws from time to time but Seattle is trying to win the division so you expected it to be easy for him?
