No you wouldn't choose Jared Goff to build your team around in the NFL. You'd pick Mahomes. But there is only one of him. We don't need to build the team around Goff. We need him to just do his job. Too often he's not.
 
Who the fuck is calling these plays? Seriously. McVay ala 2017? Come on be inventive like you were last week.

Respectively I'll disagree. I don't mean smoke and mirrors as far as nothing is there, but in that if the opponent sees through the scheme, it is ineffective. Our inefficiencies in third and short highlight this. When they know the run is coming, we cant do it.
 
McVay too busy trying to be everyones friend. He needs to get in some faces and hold people accountable.
