Garrett Sack Prediction

Last season Garrett had 23 sacks from 563 opponents dropback passing plays, which is about 1 sack for every 24.47 passing plays. The Rams defense faced 658 dropbacks in 2025. 658 divided by 24.47 is about 27 sacks equivalent.

The Rams also have better players for Garrett to be alongside with this year, starting with Donald. Because of that, I am going to add three additional sacks and predict Garrett gets a new record of 30 sacks!

Edit: After reading some other replies below, maybe my 30 prediction is a little high...lol!

But if Stafford and company drop 550+ points on offense, that defense will be playing more snaps. Of course if the Rams are up 21 in the 4th quarter, AD and MG might be resting while the younger guys go QB hunting

BTW - Kobie Turner tied AD99’s rookie record for Sacks at 10 for a DT !!

Dejuan Johnson is playing off The Edge now & has increased his speed,looking faster.
