Teams. Pick your poison baby. The MVP of this Rams Defense will be whichever player opposing teams WANT IT to be.So that means maybe Donald gets 30 sacks?

You know what’s scary from the answer above.It’s not what the other team wants it to be.
From watching The Preseason- WOW — was Jimmy Lake calling plays in the Preseason?? He was Atlanta’s DC Raheem’s first season a HC.Then was ranked high on The Rams coming from the W-Huskies as HC where McDuffie & other Rams played for him.
Point being SHULA’s SYSTEM is going to be pretty Fun to watch.

There is talk about how good this Rams team is. My question would be from all your times at training camp.Have you ever seen a better Rams team ?
Puka & Myles were 100% when I was there.My worry is about health.
I remember Talib & Peterson as The Rams CB’s with Aubrey.They were close,but you liked Watson this year.Trent McDuffie is as good as it gets though compared to any Rams CB.He is in his Prime !!
The Rams concepts are in place & that what impressed me about The Preseason with All Backups.My point is I saw Garrett Myles & my FEAR was getting hurt not trying to tackle Stafford.Practice doesn’t do anybody any good.He is UNSTOPPABLE!! I watch him last season break the record.Don’t know how he doesn’t break it again if he is healthy.
Ad AD99 - plus FISKE is 100% & B.Young was playing on 1 leg the last 5 games for The Rams in 2025(6).
Talk offense? Avila wasn’t healthy to start.Stafford & Alaric weren’t at try camp. Ferguson & Davonte both have another season with Stafford a long with Konta.13 personnel wasn’t in place & Higbee is as healthy as he has been in awhile.
-The Thicker Kicker ? He looks as good as The Leg ever did ?You saw how high & quick he got his Kicks.
I like NATE - Ragone is a good QB coach which should be FUN.What I saw is they will throw a WR the ball 3 times in a row to pick on the CB’s(DB’s). Find the WEAK LINK & expose it !!!! Keep pressure on & let them forget about the RUN !!

The defense is about always have a counter & attack!! There is a lot of TRUST with The Rams DB’s !!
Look at The SAFETY’s 3 YEARS together NOW!! All those OTA’s- 7 on 7’s . One on One Drills !!
-The Rams are ALL IN - look at The CONTRACTS - a lot of expiring.

I'm actually worried for some of those other teams.
This defense alone could get a record three coaches fired.
So then whose sack numbers go up? Can't double both Garrett and Donald or Donald and Turner or Garrett and Turner or...so on and so on.

Inferior teams are not going to drop back over and over in futile attempts to come back and beat us. Would expect teams to play ultra conservative against us. Maybe in ways the league hasnt seen.
