Seemed to be affected by the red zone - but also by the general loss of momentum - that false start penalty etc didn't help.

Definitely didn't help, yeah. Looked like he cooled don the minute he made his first bad throw, started second guessing himself like Faulk said.

Not bad, not bad at all....obviously would like a TD on that drive....but Gilbert leading the two minute in his first appearance right off the bat. He clearly is a smart guy, you can tell from his interviews. Only bad spot for him was a couple bad throws.

Kind of underwhelmed by Aaron Donald tonight...not seperating from blocks..not good lane discipline.....Langford won't be getting off the field that much if Donald doesn't get better pretty soon

Well... We had like 50% of our starters out there to start the game? That's a lot of youth thrown to the fire accordingly.

Gilbert looks like a capable future back up, once he gets over his jitters I like the prospect of him being behind Sam for a while.
