I am very high on Bayer. He is going to be a total stud TE by the end of this season.

Funny how the best Gilbert looked was with the better O-line in preseason game 1, when Davis came in later and got pulverized behind the Hooeys and Dills of the world. We all went "Ooh, look at this Gilbert guy, he's got some tools! And Davis is toast!"

Since then? Davis has played with the better protection groups, and has looked quite good. Gilbert has gotten the crap blocking and looked crap.

I'm sure that's a coincidence though.
