I live in Memphis...and being a LIFE LONG Ram fan, I relished the Rams SB34 win over the Titans..the "Bruce is loose" TD pass!!!

I got a good friend at work who's a hardcore Titans fan. He promised me the Titans are gonna "shut down Cooper Kupp" and force Stafford to go elsewhere with the ball. I calmly reminded him that Woods, Van Jefferson, and Higbeast ain't slouches...and if they can shut down Kupp, they're gonna regret it. He also railed on the last play of that SB34, insisting Dyson scored. I reminded him NOBODY of sanity believes that!!!

Early in the week, after he found out Henry was out, he conceded the Rams will win. I simply replied "I don't know about that because star players being out can make a team play harder"...and the Rams always get a tough game from the Titans. I was at the Rams 27-23 win over the Titans in Nashville in 2017.

FOLKS...this is a national broadcast...and the Rams are gonna be ready with or without Von Miller. It won't be a blowout but I call it a Rams comfortable 30-20 win!!!
Cool story bro, but what the hell does it have to do with food?? We need to know what you're throwing down with today my man!!

My new traeger. My neighbor is a master at smoking meats and he is helping me as I type.

Sounds great!

With brisket, I like to use Post Oak or Hickory for flavor.

I found a three-Chile rub that I like on brisket -

1 tbsp Chipotle Chile powder
1 tbsp Ancho Chile powder
1 tbsp Smoked paprika
1/2 tbsp white pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp white sugar
1 tbsp sea salt

have a good cook!

Wow...my bad!!! I thought I was in the "game day" thread. I'm doing nothing special..just smoked sausages with a cold Modelo and Nacho Cheese Doritos with salsa.

How's that???

Going to make Cheesburgers later.

Toasted bun
Melted cheese
Grilled white onions
Crisp lettuce (keep that limp spring mix off my sandwich)
Tomatoes

Before heading to SoFi we will be doing Prime rib and lobster in celebration of our last game at SoFi as SoCal residents.
The Rams come back & you move out ? Should go out & listen to live music after The Rams victory.I’d say avocado or Mexican would be more in the calling. Why Lobster & Prime rib ? Going out ?

I'm gonna make chicken parmigiana.

I was originally introduced to "chicken parm" by some Aussie friends. They love it in Australia but I guess its probably different there. Anyway, i do it what I am told is the "Italian-American" way, breaded chicken baked with tomato sauce, mozzarella and parmesan on a bed of spaghetti. Will do a rocket salad on the side too.

Probably will open a bottle of red too.

Yeah so this went well. WAY too much food but fuck me it was good.

I've also made the skyline chili which represents ingredients in pastitsio. Friends say it isn't real chili. Not traditional, just different, but good.

Did you all also serve it over spaghetti noodles with shredded cheese?

Leftovers Thai food, and washing it down w/ crown & ginger

I put a 6lb roast in the crock pot before going to bed last night. Woke up to the best smelling house on the planet. This is a Mississippi roast, so I threw a bottle of pepperoncinis in that mofo along with some other goods.

Pulled beef sammiches on the docket for today my friends. Smothered in provolone and horseradish sowse.... Side of steak fries and homemade whiskey BBQ sowse. Maybe some home pickled asparagus spears as well.... Random, I know. Showing
I tried growing horseradish. They said pull, cut, harvest, and replant the first growth. A little disappointed with the yield, but got to replant about six new roots.

Be careful on horse radish. Every little piece of root can grow a new plant. Once we started it, it took us three years to get rid of it. I suggest digging a big hole and planting it in a container.
